Wonderful and comfortable

Very responsive host, amazingly clean place. We bought our dog along, the walk to the coast is easy and so worth it.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Hakone and the area around. The train station is close by and the area has some small restaurants, however you’re also quick at odawara station where you can do shopping and eat out. The flat is spacious for two people and conveniently also has a washing mashine. The hosts were lovely. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a BBQ for a large group of seven people and stayed. The host is very kind. I am very satisfied with the location and facilities. We'd love to stay again.

The location is convenient, the space is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, as described, the lack of heating is not enough for the bathroom, and the extractor fan in the bathroom can not be turned off, it feels freezing when taking a bath, but overall, it is still worth recommending.

Very nice house, good hygiene, old-fashioned furniture, very tastefully decorated, and different from the generally intentionally remodeled house used to make B&Bs, you can see that the overall cost of the house is not good.The room is well stocked.Fuji can be seen on both the first floor and the second floor.It doesn't feel too chilly in the house even when it reaches zero outside.Also would like to stay if there is a chance.

Kayo’s place is really home away from home. She was so nice to message us a week beforehand that the weather had turned cold and reminded us to make sure the car has enough power to drive up. She she had prepared heated blankets for us to use and the house was warm anyway with heating on. She even sent us a menu of where to go and nearby restaurants a month beforehand. I also loved her home made organic breakfast as well. This was really a home away from home.

The room is compact, but it was spacious enough for two people to relax and clean. The host was also quick to respond and responded to urgent communications.

Good view good place very clean and felt like home

Had a great stay here. Softest most comfortable bed I've experienced in Japan. Short walk from best supermarket in Hakone, good cooking and laundry facilities. Bus stop just outside for the local bus to Togendai and Gora and highway bus to Gotemba. Nice hikes up to Mt Ashigara, Kintoki and other places without even needing a bus. We were able to arrange with the host to leave our bags a little while after checkout and go up for views of Mt Fuji when the weather turned out to be perfect on our departure day.

I really wonder. This is my first time airbnb user, so i feel very excited. This place is so cute and clean. Ms. Chihiro was described about the place clearly. it’s very near by Kawaguchiko station ( about 3 mins by walk ) . i really feel appreciated and satisfied. i hope that next time of my Kawaguchiko trip , i will spend my time here again.

The host was very nice, went to the station to pick us up in person, the room was also very sophisticated, the host also provided us with bicycles, also recommended food to us, a very good experience.

We were allowed to get in before check in time, It was really appreciated. It was amazing view of Fuji Mountain from rooftop. Overall, I was quite satisfied from the accommodation.

It is a tiny room, but it has everything you need.

Although it is not on the street, it takes about 5 minutes by walking past from Odawara Station.It might be a little difficult to find the first time, but it's actually quite convenient after finding the right way.Lawson is just across the road and Donki is a short walk away.The homestay is fully equipped, cleaned and neat and beautifully arranged for a comfortable stay.Owners are friendly and courteous, always responds quickly to all questions, and will do their best to help quickly when needed.All in all, this B&B is highly recommended.

Very cute place, close to great restaurants and a five minute walk to the station. Taiki was incredibly responsive and helpful, would recommend.

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. House is so big, you get a small movie theater, you have an outdoor wood hotbath. Personally way much better than ryokans. Just don’t forget to bring lots of drinks and food. There’s no mart near.

The best location possible in Odawara. Close to the train and everything the town has to offer.
