The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse last 4 days ago! The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. Decoration was so calm, cozy and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul and very close to all the main tourist attractions. Dilek is an outstanding host—super helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything was perfect. This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Staying here felt like living in a dream home! The pictures don’t even come close to how amazing this place is in real life. I originally planned to go out and explore nearby cities like Mudanya and Bursa but once I saw the place in person I just wanted to stay and relax. Hediye is an incredible host, she pays attention to every little detail and was always ready to help us. I’m definitely coming back to this breathtaking spot.

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

The photos were as they actually appeared, and Ms. Seyma was quick and effective when we had a problem. You can stay with peace of mind.

Amazing stay! Yalçın was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment on the 15th floor had stunning views, and we even had an unexpected but adorable cat visitor at the window, which made the experience even more special. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Staying at the property was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We stayed for almost 3 months and loved the long stay experience. The place is cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us and our cat—feel truly at home. In prep for our arrival, they converted the balcony to a catio, which made eating outdoors even more fun with our indoor cat. Any questions we had were answered promptly. From offering thoughtful advice about local vets and places to see, the recommendations gave us a richer, more authentic Istanbul experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the trusted care of its hosts.

Hazar was absolutely lovely when we arrived for check-in. He was polite, kind and very friendly when it came to casual conversation, and his dog is incredibly cute. I would recommend this place because the location is great, the host is very friendly and home is comfortable to stay in.

We loooooved Muharrem and Gonul’s place. This was a traditional Turkish house and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect and a stone’s throw away from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the neighbors are quite charming. Gonul welcomed us with some treats she made which really enjoyed. We had everything we needed in the home! As others have mentioned, the bathroom is on a separate floor from the bedrooms. This may cause difficulty for people traveling with elders or their parents. We loved this place and cannot recommend it enough!
