Family-friendly vacation rentals in Yalıkavak

It was our first time in Greece and as young women, sometimes it is pretty dainting to know whether the places you visit will be safe. Let me tell you, if I ever had to go back to one place on Earth, that would be Kalymnos, and a big part of it had to do with the amazing hospitality and treatment we got from Stefanos. From the first moment he sent us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, was very responsive to any questions we had and welcomed us to the island with many recommendations on things to do. His place is very well located within a very short walking distance from the port and city center of Pothia. The apartment is pretty big, at least for us, as we spent most of the day outside. It had two balconies, a huge bathroom and very nice kitchen. On our last day we had to depart a few hours after check out and Stefanos did us a HUGE favor by letting us leave our bags at the apartment. Thank you so much for everything, we are already planning a trip to come back! :)

Amazing 3-Day Boat Tour with Mustafa in Bodrum We had an incredible 3-day boat trip with Mustafa in Bodrum. From start to finish it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was amazing – fresh and tasty Turkish food that we enjoyed in the sunset. We slept on the deck under the stars, which was absolutely magical. Mustafa took us to beautiful, hidden coves, where we swam in the clear, blue waters. No stress, just quiet and relaxation. Mustafa and his crew made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A perfect way to experience Bodrum – highly recommended!

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Really enjoyed this beautiful place and it was the perfect home to host a large family Very much enjoyed the pool and living area spaces which are very spacious. The location is great as there are many different villages to go to in Bodrum area and I felt this was perfect. Amazing home. Highly recommend.

Great house and very comfortable in Türkbuku. Gets a bit noisy from the music in town after 7pm but amazing views from the house and very roomy and spacious place inside.

if I could give 6 stars I would. Niki and Thanos were excellent hosts, providing everything they could to ensure our holiday was extra special. The properties on this small complex are amazing and the views incredible. Anna, Poppy and Anna (the house keeping staff) were supper helpful, lovely and friendly. Great location , wonderful place and fantastic host Erkan who was super helpful and proactive with his communication . The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the marina and amenities , groceries . We also rented a car and access from the area was super easy . We highly recommend this place for families or a big group . We will surely come again !

Ugur's place is wonderful and we had a fabulous holiday there. The pool and outside spaces were amazing and the view is incredible. The walk down to the beach is steep but it is close. Ugur was a lovely host. She was kind and attentive, and came round as soon as there was any issue. She met us at the airport and even accompanied me to the local supermarket on our first day. She couldn't do enough to help; definitely 5 stars! Be aware that the local area is changing quickly. There are lots of new houses being built close by, with one being built in front of Ugur's house. Local roads and infrastructure aren't quite keeping up but it's not a big issue. Local restaurants are fabulous, with great places to eat nearby with amazing views and some sweet fish restaurants down in Bogazici. You do need a car. We would be happy to book again, no doubt about it, as long as Ugur would have us!

We really liked Semih's place. Semih has put his soul into the place and it has a lot of personality. He is well travelled and has trinkets from his travel all around the house. The house is also huge, we were literally discovering full bedrooms by the third day of our stay😂. Very nice place to stay if you like houses with character. Bodrum is huge so be careful about your location especially if you don't have a car. Wish Semih well!

Gio’s villa/townhouse is located just outside Bodrum center (marina) in a community with small 2-unit villas and this one is on the top floor (two levels) with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen, extra bathroom, living area and balcony upstairs. It is a clean place and well-maintained. Note that it comfortably sleeps 5 people (2 double and one single bed), but for 7 guests, the sofas upstairs would have to be used (not sleeper-sofas). For a group of young people, this may not be an issue, but for more settled travelers, this could be.. Also note that the view outside is limited - you will not have sea view from Gio’s villa, but look at the villas in front and next to it, although that is fairly reflected in the price. Beach access is on a small strip between 2 hotels (Azka and Salmakis) or through 2 beach clubs nearby, left and right of the hotels. Gio is easy to communicate, reliable and went an extra mile to address concerns.

it is a place where you can quietly relax on your own. We went with two couples, the house was quite big, we could fit comfortably. Only Gümüşlük was a little calm for us, we did not have much choice to have fun, the place we stayed was half an hour to the center of Bodrum, apart from that, the house was very clean, although the pool was shared in the same way, but it was clean, we were satisfied, thank you:)

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Alev thank you so much for the lovely stay. Coming from Dubai to Bodrum area during the “off-season” for respite from our heat was beyond incredible. My 2.5y old toddler loved the little backyard, as well as the beautiful flowers and nearby little park, and my 4 mth old baby and I thoroughly enjoyed your outdoor balcony swing where we read and napped every afternoon. My husband and I loved your big kitchen for cooking all our meals. Your place was exactly what we were looking for, thanks for your hospitality!!

The layout of Elena hn's house, the fact that the items are more than adequate, high quality and equipment, made our holiday extremely easy to meet our holiday. Everything was very high quality in a regular condition. We had constant communication before and during the holiday. He helped us up to the grocery store where we would walk around, eat, shop, and shop. The pool informed us before about the sea. We were very interested in welcoming and interested in all the neighbors, such as the first day. We found it as if we had put it in our hands thanks to Elena hn. We had an amazing two-week stay at this villa! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive to the Yalikavak Marina with great restaurants, and 20 minutes from a lovely sandy beach in Bitez. The house is fully equipped with all amenities and very practical, plus the pool is fantastic. A special thanks to Mrs. Damla, who went above and beyond to meet our needs with prompt and helpful service. A big thank you to Mrs. Esra for handling all the logistics seamlessly. We enjoyed a luxurious airport pick-up and drop-off, and even had a rental car delivered directly to our villa. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We had an amazing stay at Jack C's house. It's a very comfortable and huge house. The view from the balcony and pool are amazing. Especially the sunset is fabulous. The gated villa complex has a private beach and a restaurant which is a great thing. Jack was responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was lovely, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice, lovely pool, and good restaurant, we had a 10% discount on all items on the menu, we recommend their special breakfast with great varieties, we had it almost every day of our stay. good parking space, good location, there is a lovely street on the sea with restaurants and souvenir shops behind the compound, highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a great time in Bodrum. thumbs up !

the location is absolutely amazing. it is 40 minutes away from bodrum airport, 20 minutes away from guemuesuelue (a nice fisher-village), 10-15 minutes away from bitez beach, 15 minutes away from yalikavak (high class marina), between 5-15 minutes away from any supermarkt, 15 minutes away from bodrum marina and guembet (both shoppoing places), 10 minutes away from midtown mall, 6 minutes away from a stunning view point with wind mils. it is a quiet place with a stunning view, the architecture of the home is stunning and unique, it has so many beautiful spots to take nice pictures. the garden and the pool area is amazing and offers a lot space to relax. the hosts are super friendly, helpful and proactive, we had some minor issues with the flushes in the water but it was solved within few moments. recommending 100%

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Amazing villa with the best sunset view! We have stayed at villa for 9 nights and enjoyed it at the fullest. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in Europe and Turkey. Here are our main highlights: 1) Hatice is a very nice and friendly host. She replied to all our questions very fast and helped us with all our wishes during our stay. 2) The villa itself is very clean, and have all the necessarily things to feel like at home (3 separate bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pool, garden and amazing view) 3) The villa locates 10-15 min drive by car from nice beaches. We haven’t gone by walk, and we think it is the best to have a car if you rent this villa. If you don’t have a car it might be problematic to reach the village and the sea. Once again huge thank you for the hospitality. We wish to come one day.
