2nd stay in the apartment, great location, wonderful view and trouble free stay

It was a perfect experience. My girlfriend and I wanted to get away from stress for two days and decided to book this house right away by chance. The interior of the house was sparkling clean and very attentive, tastefully furnished. The bathroom, toilet and linens, which were most important to us, were very clean. We loved the gesture in our room, and thank you for that. Very satisfied, would recommend. Looks like we'll be back soon:) Thank you so much for everything

A very nice guest house nestled in an olive grove, a 10-15 minute walk to the harbor with many shops and restaurants (the walk is boring and you can drive down the hill and park a block from the water). Wonderful to have a wood stove for the cool nights - the host will show you where to buy wood at a good price - 150 TL for 20 kg, enough for 3 nights. The bed and linens are excellent, there’s ample hot water in the shower, a good kitchen and a comfortable living room with huge windows that face the sunset over the olive trees. I loved being greeted by one or more of the three big friendly dogs that roam the farm every time I came back to the guesthouse. They’re happy to be petted and scratched a bit and then they move on. The only drawback is from the bedroom you can hear people talking in the other guest house bedroom (there are two attached guesthouses). But in the living room it is perfectly quiet. All in all, a great place at at a reasonable price.

The house is really spacious for 5 people and we were very comfortable, very close to the beach in terms of location, but we couldn't enjoy it because we didn't stay in the summer:)

In addition to their extremely hospitable, everything was considered. We were very satisfied. It was a perfect experience. I can say in the top 3 on my own top 10 list. I recommend.

As a couple who has been traveling for about 10 years, we have seen many houses, villa cabins. But this place was one of the most beautiful among the houses we have seen and lived. If we were to evaluate the house on its own, the score would be low, but the stone kitchen lower and upper garden was magnificently peaceful. It was a perfect holiday with my 2 children, so we had the opportunity to visit all the full places because I lived in Izmir before. Uncle Mehmet, how a beautiful person came every day to see if we need anything. It was easy to reach many beaches close to the center and such as Çeşme Seferihisar. It met our expectations. As a family who usually cook and eat at home with 2 coxuks, the kitchen utensils could have been a little more, but we also took care of it by washing it at every meal.
