A pleasant stay, the facilities of both the house and the residential are spotless. My dog was very comfortable, even if it is not allowed to be in common areas. The pool is super clean. Jaquelin, always attentive, was in constant communication .

Miguel is an excellent host, resolves all questions on time and gives accurate directions. The house was completely comfortable in room and bathroom spaces for the number of guests we were. It offers suggestions for places to eat or people who can offer that service at home; provides references to nearby shops and even a nearby doctor's office that has a doctor 24 hours a day. A comfortable stay in every way highly recommended

Excellent place, clean tidy and very nice, extra patio that is unbeatable for those who are with pets, I traveled with two dogs and everything spectacular also for them, the house is small but perfect for 4 people, the area where it is located is quiet and safe with 24 hour surveillance.

The house is very large, more than we expected, the patio with grass well cared for so that my dog could play and inside the house with fans to cool off the heat, as was the pool was clean, everything was very good.

Jan gave us the necessary and clear information to be able to check in without issue, she was very attentive when we needed extra information. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you need to be at home during a short stay, it is 100% worth it, we never had problems with the electricity, water or gas. the TV services (Netflix, Amazon and so on) give it the extra that other spaces do not have.

The house is as shown in the pictures. The place is very quiet and clean, just what we were looking for to rest. The host was very friendly and attentive at all times.

Everything is very good, the facilities, service, climate, location, the only area of opportunity is the jacuzzi, it is functional but if it were repaired it would be an ideal place for a good weekend

We loved our stay at Casa Diego. Peaceful, beautiful and our group had separate 'cabins' so we were not on top of each other, bathrooms, bedrooms and all areas were super clean, lots of hot water for showers and the pool was quite inviting. The livingroom and kitchen/dining are are under a beautifully maintained palapa and completely open to enjoy the glorious weather. Lourdes and May (staff) were very accommodating and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and were so nice. They took the time to tell us about the plants and vegetation around the property. We had a wedding to attend and the event location was less than a 5 minute drive so it was perfect! Definitely worth every penny and highly recommended.

The place is amazing, the pool is very large, it does not have a heater but it did not feel very cold despite the season we went. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and everything is very clean. Overall everything was great, Sarah and Araceli were very nice and attentive.

Very nice house, everything is very clean, it has everything you need. Well-maintained subdivision with its own pool. It was easy access, we look forward to returning soon.

The stay was large and pleasant, the best thing is that it is pet friendly, it has good distribution between the rooms , the pool water was warm, they were always attentive for any situation. The only detail we found was that my dogs were pushed and we went out with hons since there were a lot of cats, out of there everything was perfect ☺️

Excellent stay, I have rented many times in several countries and this has been one of the best. José is a super friendly person who is always attentive to you. A very handy and quick place to get out of the city to rest. I definitely recommend it.

The stay was excellent, perfect for a holiday period with a group of friends, the gentlemen who welcome you are very friendly and every day they clean the pool, there are many animals to see including a dog and two super friendly kittens, there are many insects in case that could be annoying, although in general they usually ignore you. We look forward to going again

There are a lot of positive things to note... Liz's attention was great, always attentive and kind to the questions that arose. The beautiful and practical house, very well laid out. It has its furniture very well cared for and with everything you need to prepare any food, including a gas grill. The pool area super cared for and highly recommended for spending an enjoyable time. The section is very nice and well guarded with two accesses for a quiet and safe stay. Without a doubt, my family and I had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

Edgar's house is in an almost new, gated community with a lot of security. The amenities allow those who live there to spend time together, and it's a pleasant family atmosphere. The pool is cool, not warm but not cold either. We took the kids and they had a great time playing in the water. It's a very good size and has a splash pool. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has a large refrigerator and stove. Hot water for bathing for everyone in the house. The decor is minimalist. Everything is very elegant, clean and nice. We loved it!!!

Good place to hang out with family/friends. Alberca with solar heater at a comfortable temperature and all the amenities indicated in the description. The response time for doubts was somewhat long but other than that everything was excellent.

The truth Juan is very helpful at all times, the place is very good, the guards are very friendly and it was easy to get there without problems. I really recommend it a lot , it has air conditioning and if you follow the rules you have a great time I went the weekend for a wedding and the truth we felt comfortable
