My friends and I loved it! We went for an event we had in the area, and it was the best option. The super quiet environment, things close by, shops and main avenues, communication all the time was super good. We loved it!

Very good house

It was a very pleasant experience. Miguel kept up to what we needed the whole time. The water temperature is great to use at any time, the place is as shown in the photos, it is a few minutes from the nearest center, which helps to have privacy and tranquility. I would highly recommend it

Everything is excellent. Margarita is attentive to any questions or clarifications. My loved family, we had a great time. It has a private and unbeatable space for the "carnita asada" that in particular was the cherry on the cake, clear without leaving aside the comfort of the rest of the accommodation. The house well located a few meters from the pool where my children took flight, I'm not sure if it was heated or not, but for the climate of Xochitepec the cooler better. In general we feel blessed and grateful for everything.

Everything was fine with the stay, my pets enjoyed in the garden and Mr. Martin was very friendly

It's my second time in this house and it's still a very nice place, It has what you need to enjoy a weekend, tastes like what was described, cosine equipped with enough utensils, a large refrigerator, a comfortable room for large eating, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms too. The subdivision is very quiet you can go swimming without problem with a huge pool and jacuzzi , also the staff of the place is very friendly from your arrival Super friendly hosts are aware of you. I hope to return soon as it is still a great choice to feel comfortable.

This place is very good, just like the pictures, I would have liked to stay longer. I had details to get there because there are two Santa Fe fractions, if the private ones say mountains go out and enter the fractionation they say saws. I found the place very comfortable, safe and pleasant, highly recommended

Everything very well, installation, attention, weather, location, the only area of opportunity is the jacuzzi, it is functional but if it will be repaired it would be ideal place for a good weekend

Simply perfect! The house is a delight; since you arrive you want to jump in the pool, each space is perfect to rest and be comfortable, so if you are looking for a quiet and noise-free place to relax this is the place. The cleanliness of the whole house is exceptional and believe me you won't need anything. Thank you very much Nash for all the attentions in our stay, we will be back very soon. Special mention to the house girls, cook richly so do not hesitate to spoil your palate with them.

The place is amazing, the pool is very large, it does not have a caldera but it did not feel so cold despite the season we are attending. the kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and everything is very clean. In general, everything was very good, Sarah and Araceli's service was very nice and attentive.

There are a lot of positive things to note... Liz's attention was great, always attentive and kind to the questions that arose. The beautiful and practical house, very well laid out. It has its furniture very well cared for and with everything you need to prepare any food, including a gas grill. The pool area super cared for and highly recommended for spending an enjoyable time. The section is very nice and well guarded with two accesses for a quiet and safe stay. Without a doubt, my family and I had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

The place is identical to the photos, it is a very nice and cozy space, super nice and close to the center of Xochitepec where you find restaurants and things to explore, ample space for dogs, has many utensils in the kitchen and makes the stay more comfortable, the pool water is not heated but due to the weather you enjoy it quite, we would definitely return again another time.

Edgar's house is in an almost new neighborhood, closed, very safe, the amenities give rise to the coexistence of those who live there and is a pleasant family environment. The pool is cool, not lukewarm but also not cold we have kids and they had a great time playing in the water. It is very nice in size and chapoteadero. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has a large refi and stove. Hot water for bathing all people who are in the house. The decoration is minimalist. Everything is very stylish, clean and nice. We loved it!!!

Good place to hang out with family/friends. Alberca with solar heater at a comfortable temperature and all the amenities indicated in the description. The response time for doubts was somewhat long but other than that everything was excellent.

The accommodation is very nice and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The pool maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the day and while it is not very deep it allows you to spend a pleasant time. There is a 7eleven approx 5 min by car and a supermarket 15 min away. We found it a great choice for a weekend getaway.

The place is nicer than the pictures. The service during the stay by the host is very good, it gives a lot of follow-up and give you very good local tips. Definitely if I would stay again. Best regards!

I spent a few incredible days in this wonderful home , all very nice very comfortable , with very spacious air conditioning, Mariana and the girls were very aware of everything , of the needs I could have , they answered my doubts all wonderfully , Mariana took care of making me feel at home and that she had all the amenities , her hospitality was wonderful !!!!
