Vacation rentals with a patio in Xinyi District

Our whole family of four stayed here for summer vacation and we were so glad to stay here. It’s a good size condo for 4 of us. The bathrooms are newly renovated. Great location where it’s just step away from the famous 737 food alley, also short walking distance to Metro station. Every room has AC which is a big relief in summer. There are washer and dryer. Will definitely stay here again next time.

I really enjoy my staying at this unit. The location is so convenient and close to two MRT stations. The host is very thoughtful and provide many additional items to make our stay easier. I like the upgraded bathroom a lot and the dehumidifier keeps the floor dry. There are near by laundromats so we can also dry out washed clothes there. The unit is quiet and we don’t hear neighborhood noise much. Some suggestions: Microwave will be a big plus to the unit. For people not familiar with Taipei’s trash collection culture, better instructions (with video) will be very helpful. I definitely will book this location again when I come back.

Overall we had a nice time here and the host was very friendly. The facilities itself were clean and the interior was spacious enough for small to medium sized family. There's several restaurants, and MRT station and convenience stores within walking distance. Onsite laundry was a nice feature to have since we stayed a whole week.

It was a seamless experience and I have to say the view is stunning, good location in ximen, away from the big crowds.

Chih Chien was such a great host! Really friendly and responsive, extremely accommodating when we needed extra plates and bowls and had lots of recommendations. The place is clean but small - perfect for a solo traveler or maybe a couple, but the location is great - close to the park and weekend market and the Yongkang area and there's a nice rooftop in the building w great views. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is one of the best property in my 10-year experience at Airbnb. My family also rated this place as the best one. Clean, chic with the modern interior design, spacious for my family of 3. The location was right next to a small local market where we could find a lot of places for local food and explocations. Also, it is close to most tourists' destinations in Taipei. 5 star in all respects. It will be the default choice in my next visit to Taipei. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this stay!The home is fully equipped and has plenty of entertainment to keep us entertained, whether it's an outdoor bbq or KTV.The environment is neat and comfortable, with ample space, suitable for family or friends to stay together.The host was also very attentive and gave a detailed introduction to the environment before check in, which made the whole process seamless and hassle-free.Overall, this stay exceeded expectations and highly recommended!

The host is very kind and will introduce nice things to eat around and messages are very quick to respond💕 There is a station pick up and drop off, which is convenient for those who do not have a car👍🏻 Good for walking or riding a bike outside the homestay when the weather is nice, the scenery looks comfortable and has a relaxing feeling☀️ There is a TV and KTV in the homestay, so it is also good for staying inside and relaxing with close friends☺️

The family returned to the country for 3 weeks, the experience was great, the room was very clean, and the washing machine was drying, it really was a big help, it only took 12 minutes to get to the station, it was very convenient, the 7-11 family was also only 2 minutes to walk, the host was very attentive and patient, 100 minutes ~ family said that next time come back and come here to stay.👍

Christine went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable and secure - I can’t be happy enough with both Christine and the property and its location. Mom loved her time in Taipei and this was possible because of Christine.

We had a great stay with our 2.5 year old toddler. Location was amazing, just a block away from Yongkang St restaurants and teahouses, and basically across the street from Din Tai Fung if you are into that. Also right across the street from Daan Park, nice for walking around and has a playground. We were here during the later part of Lunar New Year and two separate times we heard drums and went outside to find lion dances which our kid loved. Rooms were comfortable, everything felt pretty new and clean, and there is a small play set and some random toys for kids. The showers are a bit small and there is not much natural light but I think that's common for Taipei.

Dave is a friendly host. The house is brand new and located right next to Zhongxiao Fuxing, everything is just around the corner, e.g. Sogo, Breeze Ctr, Poya, Cosmed, Cafe, Cash Box Party, nothing to complain. Though it is located at a crowded area, the house is very private, quiet and safe. The room is spacious, with 2 rooms, open kitchen and a huge TV in the living room. The washroom is equipped with an electronic bidet and seperate shower cubicle. It may be a little bit dusty or noisy outside the room but it doesnt affect my overall stay. This is one if my best stays in Taipei. Highly recommend!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.
