Marco's Sommeil hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend a super relaxed time. The place is full of sounds of nature and peace in general. For those who suffer from the heat, you should take into account that the rooms only have a fan and you can ask for an additional one, that was enough for us. In general, the services and services of the staff were super good, however we considered the areas of opportunity to be the restaurant's food and the response time for some services. We would definitely go back to this spot.

Excellent attention from all the people who were in the reception, they even offered us another room for the second night, because a guest woke us up with his alarm at 6am on Saturday, and he wouldn't let us sleep because it sounded every 5min... Excellent location in Coatepec, a few steps from the main park, close to good restaurants. The only detail is that you can hear everything about the neighboring room but that's out there, everything is fine.

The place is clean and pleasant. I loved the place and location A few blocks from downtown you can walk there. When you check in, you are asked for a security deposit ( for lost keys, etc.) which is returned upon your departure.

The place has everything you need to rest, it has no kitchen or other amenities, it is a little difficult to locate but Karen responds at all times and orients you, the village is beautiful, there are very nice places to walk.
