La Casita de la Vieja Sirena is steps from the beach, without having to cross any streets. Newly renovated, AC account, fiber wifi, mini pool, terrace, new beds, the double one is king size. It is a quiet beach area, close to restaurants, supermarkets and other services. The beach is pebbled all the way to the edge of the sea, then it's sand. Very close walking and by car there are totally sandy beaches.
