Vacation rentals with breakfast in Wycombe District

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

A great night's stay. Linda was very helpful and good to talk to. Property was very clean with good facilities. Easy to find and in good walking distance to shops and Brookes Uni.

Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

Me, my wife and our 3 boys loved our stay here. Only a few minutes drive from Legoland the place was easy to find and very close to a Harvester restaurant and local shops. Ed and Sophia were friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and our kids loved the house. would definitely recommend staying here.

Janet is a great host. This was my second visit as I had a work trip in the area. I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, quiet space with a friendly and helpful host.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

I enjoyed my stay in Francesca's very much. Francesca is a friendly and helpful host. I felt I would be able to contact her if I had any problems. The flat is attractive and spacious, with lovely art works, and had everything I needed. I felt at home there.

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

It was the beautiful Deborah's house that made the vague idea of staying in the English people's homes if they went to the UK. It was a really pretty house like in the picture, and as much as a pretty house, Deborah and two puppies were so kind. I just celebrated my birthday, and they gave me a handwritten card and a gift. He told us where to go, what to eat, how to get there, and what sauce to order. If I go back to London, I will go to Deborah's house again.. Deborah ~ See you again in 3 years ~

Fiona was so pleasant throughout our stay. Our breakfast conversations were amazing, and she always wanted to help us however she could. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out. Thank you!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Very good price and easy to get to the city on the bus. Great host who was very informative. Will definitely stay again.

A warm welcome by Patti and Dave (the dachshund) which prefaced a great weekend in Great Bookham. Perfect for our needs. Patti is an excellent host and has a relaxed approach to having guests in her lovely old home

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Beautiful place with all the basics plus lovely extras like nespresso and self serve breakfast items you would expect at that price range. Peaceful, easy access and private with beautiful garden view. Perfect place for me when in the area for work or as a base to explore from.
