Spent a long weekend for family birthday. Captivating location. Beautiful property. Long walks very peaceful location. Despite 12 hour power cut we enjoyed marshmallows around the fire pit and playing cards surrounded by candle light. Can’t wait to return.

SUPERB! From start to finish our break was truly wonderful. Rob as a host was proactive and very supportive at all times, couldn’t ask for better, we can say one of the best! The apartment was well positioned, extremely clean and generously equipped. (everything worked!😃) Also, there was a welcome hamper with some treats and a bottle of wine, lovely touch!😃 For the four days we were there, we were warm and comfortable, it soon felt like home. We loved walking our dog to the beach every day, which is only a stone’s throw away. We fully recommend ‘Goldeneye’ and all it has to offer, we will definitely return. Thank you so much Rob! ☺️

We have just come back from a weekend at Sarahs.We went with another couple. The flat was easy to find. When we walked in we were just taken a back at how lovely it was, we kept wandering around saying, oooh isnt that lovely and what great taste Sarah had🤣 Sarah had left crossiants and milk and a bottle of prosecco which was so kind. The flat is spotless and there are many cute little extra touches which makes it such a great experience. Great place for location. 2 of us swam Saturday morning in the freezing sea and was so easy to walk down and up in a towel! We like to walk and its a lovely place to walk from. Can see why the place is popular and why Sarah is a super host. Thankyou Sarah

Mark's place is a well laid out light and airy place. It is in a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and we look forward to returning in the summer.

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

Xavier was great a communicating, sorted out parking for us, as parking in Brighton is not easy. Xavier greeted us upon arrival, then kindly found a parking spot for us a short distance from the house. The property is in a great location found a lovely friendly pub to watch the England rugby just around the corner. It’s a nice stroll into Brighton. The property was a perfect size for our family group of 7.

We stayed at Beth’s place for three nights, with our two cocker spaniels and had a wonderful time. The space was beautiful - super clean and really well presented. It felt like a home from home. It really felt like Beth had gone the extra mile - leaving us some milk and basic groceries - a wonderful touch. We definitely would recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Justina was great to work with and so accommodating. The space was great for my large family. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Justina for a great vacation.

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Absolutely spotless. We couldn’t fault it. Immaculately clean and smelled fresh and clean in every room/area too. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were added extras that we’d overlooked- for example trays of ice made up in the freezer - a great touch especially as we were staying at Christmas time. We loved the sea view and it was good being close to the restaurants/bars. Guessing this may be noisy for some in the high season, knowing how busy the park gets but for those wanting to be near the action and within walking distance of restaurants it is great… was perfect for us. We had lovely beach and site walks … again all made easy by the holiday home location. Would highly recommend. A thoughtful host sharing an excellent holiday home. Very well deserving of 5 stars… would give more!

It is always a pleasure to visit Tim as a guest, very sociable, smart and pleasant person!

We stayed between Christmas and New year, it was the perfect location to look out at the sea and have family fun (1 child plus 1 dog). The lodge was better than the photos and our little one loved his bedroom. The lodge had everything we could need, all very organised and tidy. We had a problem with the gas Sunday morning and Sarah was super responsive and got resolved really quickly and didn’t impact our holiday at all. The lodge is next door to the main activities building which was really convenient for us at this time of the year, but can imagine it being noisy during peak season. We will be back but next time we will book direct to avoid paying the Airbnb fees which made the holiday more expensive- but it was well worth it. I highly recommend the Host and the accommodation. Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Malcolm, Jane and Tom were so friendly. Many little extras, great spa, we really enjoyed it they were very helpful.

We had a great time at Shell seekers, the house is absolutely beautiful and the location was great. The pool was a touch too cold to stay in for long but still good fun, would recommend.

A cute little house straight onto the beach. Had everything we needed for our two night stay including kids toys, books, plates, cups etc. The boys loved the bunk bed. Carl was a great host and kept us updated with information needed for our stay. Even though it was wet and windy outside, we were cosy inside and already spoken about coming back in the spring/summer. Thanks Carl.

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

Fabulous! Angeline was very easy and efficient to communicate with, before and during our stay. She was honest about possible noise from the construction work next door but we heard nothing! The builders were respectful and quiet on the only day during our 3 day stay we were there. This is a really beautiful and quiet spot right on the beach. I swam each morning we were there and I had the whole beach to myself. A truly memorable stay.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Anna's place is small but cosy and perfect for exploring the coast. Great to have off street parking too!

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)

A cosy little space right by the beach. What’s up and warm and the house was extremely responsive. Excellent parking and amenities were pretty good. A good beach café not far to walk and my dog had a great time Make sure you follow the directions carefully and do not let the satnav turn you left or you’ll be facing some difficult reversing!

Great little place to stay with friendly host easy check in and close to beach and pub wouldn’t hesitate to book again very enjoyable
