Super host…It was a lovely stay. The home was cozy and clean. Well maintained ….Dust free…Even the kitchen was very clean, all the utensils were very neat and tidy. Impressed with the interior of the entire house. The lighting was great too. The balcony view to the sea was adorable. Kerry was always available to answer our questions. She has adjusted our check out time as we checked in late. Such a lovely host. Highly recommend.

A lot has been said already about this property. It was quieter than I thought. We were from Monday to Friday and it was very quiet. I really felt at home. The house has everything you need. The location offers a lot of opportunities to relax your mind just by looking outside of the window and noticing the changes. Whether you are on your own or with your family, this is an amazing property in an amazing location, and quite central to the town. Nearby there is a Ringo car park that will cost you 30 pounds a week. I want to thank Matt for hosting us. Will definitely book again if we are around the area again.

Ocean Heights was in a stunning position with amazing views. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and warm despite the winter weather. Lindsay was a helpful host and communicated proactively. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful flat and seaview from living room. Fab set up for us. Wish we could take the view home. Driveway was a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car.

Had a lovely long term stay for 2 months for a student placement. A great location with easy access to the town centre, Tarka Trail and supermarket. The flat was clean and well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay, weather was really good for October too which definitely helped. In a great location in Ilfracombe with convenient walk to the harbour, local restaurants and shops. There is plenty to do in the area even at this time of year right at the end of the holiday season. The apartment is well equipped, homely, and clean. Host was responsive and friendly. Nothing to complain about, and would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely stay at Kittiwake One. From the start Sian was very responsive at let me have an early check in. The space was clean and tidy and the view was stunning. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space to put clothes in the wardrobe and drawers. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was clean and had a small cupboard to put bits and bobs in. The living area was spacious and had books and board games. I was welcomed with chocolates, tea, hot chocolate and milk after a long drive - a lovely touch, thank you! What a find! I would definitely recommend this property!

me and my 2 boys had a lovely time felt right at home always had stuff to do inside the flat and out games where brilliant brought us 3 alot closer. definitely happy and well relaxing sitting on the balcony whaching the world go by. Will definitely be going back 100%.

We booked very last minute (on the day) and our hosts were quick to confirm and gave us all the information quickly for checking in. Location couldn’t have been better for surfing at Woolacombe and the outside shower for washing off after and hanging wetsuits was very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!

This was SUCH a beautifully clean and well presented apartment! The sea view from the main front window is a bonus. Everything was just as described and SPOTLESSLY clean. Sheila has done such a great job of keeping the apartment extremely well maintained and it is the perfect balance of homely but not over cluttered. Response was immediate and we had no issues at all. There is a nice Weatherspoons pub and a lovely Italian restaurant all within seconds from the front door. We were walking the coastal path so it was a joy to come back to a warm cosy flat. There are DVD's to enjoy and a large TV with lots of channels. Internet connection was perfect. No noise from other people in the flats. It is on the top floor so you have no-one to hear above you. Everything was simply 110%. One of the best Air BnB's we have stayed in for comfort and cleanliness.

Really cute and snug accommodation. Very cosy. Comfortable. Everything was modern and clean cut. 30 minute walk to the harbour. Ilfracombe quiet at the moment but things to do. Would recommend Robert's snug any time.

A great stay at Chestnut Cabin, Braunton. A great location for plenty of reminscing in the local area, having lived locally around 30yrs ago. Easy to find, great comms from Greg before the stay, and ideally located for all parts of North Devon, West Somerset, and North Cornwall.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!

The old Egg shed is a great place to stay! The place was easy to find and there was good parking available outside. The hot tub on the patio was fab and the facilities inside the property were great, it had everything we needed. A little Gem in the Cornish countryside!

Sharon’s place is clean, spacious and has everything you need! The hot tub was fabulous with a view of the sea and then the stars at night. The en suites for each room are a huge bonus too. Sharon is a really friendly and responsive host, we would definitely recommend a stay here.
