Amazing facilities, awesome host! There were 9 in our party and we all had a wonderful time. Wowed by the welcome package, the space of the property was ample, big and spacious. love the homely feel, the beautiful animals and variety of rooms to host our party. Looking to see when I can bring my family back to share the fantastic experience of the hobbit house. thank you Hannah and Noel. definitely a win being the next village along from the Warners distillery where we enjoyed a tour.

This place is amazing!!! Booked it for me and my partner for his birthday. Would 100% recommend😍 such a beautiful stay everything was fully catered perfectly and the place is amazing and location is very great to. Would definitely visit again and the host was amazing!!

What an amazing place, I really could not fault it. Its spacious size, perfectly designed layout and meticulously clean rooms gave us that feeling of being home away from home. Kids had a blast with all the entertainment on offer and the host was super quick to respond to any needs we had. Plenty of street parking available and fantastically located, it really made travelling around so much easier. I will definitely be back here with my family and with such great value for money, I would hands down recommend this place for anyone.

Stayed at Nicola's fabulous home with friends for a long weekend. Nicola doesn't usually rent out her home so you'll see few reviews but it's a high spec and beautiful house with everything we needed. There's a great outdoor space for sitting and dining with a pizza oven, bbq and hot tub. All very peaceful overlooking fields and the pond. Indoors, there's a large open plan kitchen with snug, bar and dining area. The kitchen has a marble worktop so we were asked and did take great care not to have any spillages. Bedrooms were great with 3 double ensuite and one having a separate bathroom next door. Communication was great with some fantastic recommendations for dinner and Sunday lunch (The Cow at Dalbury and Sycamore Inn at Parwich respectively). We did struggle to get taxis for dinner but Uber did cover the village. A lovely rural area with options for some walking direct from the house. A great house with a great host and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay.

Rob was a very responsive and friendly host :) The place itself was easy to find and access. The marina was beautiful although didn’t offer as much as I thought it would. We had an absolutely lovely meal in the evening at the restaurant on the boardwalk but I thought there would be places open on Sunday to grab breakfast or even a barista coffee unfortunately there wasn’t, maybe I just didn’t find them or they opened later in the morning/afternoon. The lodge had everything we could have needed for our stay but it was quite cluttered. The decor was not to my taste but that’s just a personal preference. If you have small children you’d have to remove quite a lot from arms reach but my children are older so enjoyed the games and trinkets dotted around the place. The decking area was lovely and had it been summer I’m sure we’d have enjoyed a drink out there. My only complaint would be only one pillow provided per person on the bed I feel like standard should be two each :)

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

The most beautiful little place! An amazing stay from start to finish, Abigail was a great host. I cannot fault the place in any way. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic house to stay in! We use this house to meet friends who live all across the country and it is the perfect. Downstairs is a brilliant social space to spend time together. Kitchen diner is perfect for meals and the large lounge is cosy. Great garden for kids to play in or sit with a coffee or glass of wine. Bedrooms well equiped and ideal if you do still need and hour to yourself. Little touches like children's books on a couple of the rooms and games and other books to read downstairs make this feel like home away from home. It's street parking but we brought 4 cars and had no problem finding space close by. Shops and restaurants very close by, a lovely park to walk to. We'll be back again!
