The place was exactly as expected and advertised. The key fob to the underground parking was broken and a new one was on the way but the same day as I checked out. But Amanda had a work around to get me into the underground parking…she thought of everything

I had a fantastic stay at Shella’s! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. There was also a lot of parking, never had any trouble. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as advertised. I was evacuated due to wildfire and had to modify my reservation. They worked with me and refunded me for the days I wasn't there. Good experience overall. Would stay there again.
