Please note that it is not available for gatherings & parties & drinking, and there are frequent noise complaints. * * We replace with new bedding that has been washed and sterilized every time. * * We do not allow entry other than the number of guests. If you would like to simply stay inside, eat, or have tea inside rather than a necessary visit, such as packing your luggage or delivering items within 10 minutes, we ask that you include it in the number of guests. It is a new building built in January 2019. There is an elevator, so it is easy to climb and get off, and there is a common entrance lock at the entrance, so it is safe. There are not many households, so there are no noise problems. There is a parking lot under the pilotti of the building, and one car can be used for free. There is a food alley 2 minutes away, so there are restaurants and bars that run late at night. It is good as a short-term rental accommodation for families with children with 1.5 rooms and a spacious kitchen. A super single bed/a queen-sized sofa bed/a queen-sized topper mattress is prepared separately and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Hello. My name is Maimalang and I am trying to make a good place to stay with the feeling that my family is staying here. My space is a pleasant place to stay where you can enjoy the convenience of the city center and the joy of nature at the same time. It is very accessible to the super station area, a 5-minute walk from Bucheon City Hall Station on Line 7, and there are restaurants/department stores/large grocery stores/amenities/hospitals/gyms/parks nearby, so you can enjoy the convenience of living and the freshness of nature. What does it feel like to live in a duplex? I recommend my space to those who like the high ceilings that cool their chests, the green scenery of the park from the window, and the sense of openness. The space should be spacious. Other Airbnb listings with space in or around 9 pyeongs often feel frustrated because of the collection of beds, sofas, and TVs in one room. My space is about 16 pyeong (including multiple floors), with bedrooms on the upper floors, and a separate living room, as well as an alpha room where you can work from home and dine.
