Great Airbnb! All new and clean and extremely quiet. Great location with parking and tube nearby. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Had an amazing stay at the place and felt comfortable from the first minute. Everything that we needed was at the apartment, so we could focus on just enjoying the comfort of the place. And although the apartment is literally only a few steps from the main road, it was not noisy at night at all and we could all sleep fine without any interruption. There are plenty restaurants and bars in the area, as well as grocery stores that are open late. Bus stops are also very close and even the underground stations are within walking distance even when traveling with luggage. Great location and super friendly host - absolutely nothing to complain about!

Staying in this studio flat was an absolute delight! The location was fantastic, and the flat itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. Mark’s home is beautiful, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The social areas in the kitchen and living room are inviting and spacious, and the bedrooms are all large and comfortable. It’s a v quick walk to the shopping and restaurant areas, local pubs and the river and castle. Mark is lightning fast with his responses to questions and goes the extra mile to make your stay special. Would recommend without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark’s house is beautifully decorated spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything we could have needed. Claire's place was great for our needs and had a real country feel to it! We needed to be near the International Exhibition Centre, and it was the perfect location (only 1p mins drive). Ample space, 4 bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, sitting room to chill out and chat and dining room to gather and have dinner all together. Plenty of parking space as well. Most importantly Claire was always responsive whenever we had any questions and needed help. Thank you for welcoming us to your home.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

A great location and an apartment that felt warm and inviting. Very well equipped with all necessities. Tatyana was incredibly quick to respond with any questions and was very helpful. The only issue for my elderly father was the stairs to the bathroom, quite challenging for an older person or a person with limited mobility.

The place corresponds exactly to what is advertised and described on the rental page. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and clean. Also, during this cold February month, the heating worked great. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with Vas was agile and friendly at all times. Even though I spent a lot of time outside, I thoroughly enjoyed Vas' place and would gladly book it again. Thanks for the great quality offer.

A nice little apartment to explore London for a week. There are lots of cafes nearby and you can get everywhere relatively quickly. The first few days the apartment was a bit cold but Andrew helped us immediately and brought an extra heater. So it was friendly and uncomplicated.

great location to access London (by TFL or foot) with convenience at your doorstep. Hosts provided us with the best instructions to date on AirBnB and went above and beyond when we needed a little late night help. thank you!

Perfect location, lovely rooms, easy access to Underground and buses. Lovely place to stay if you want to explore Notting Hill. We were there in August and there is no air conditioning, but opening the windows at night and the fans made it quite pleasant. This flat is on a very busy street, so the nighttime noises (traffic, people) can wake you up, so if that bothers you, I suppose it could be a problem. But it wasn’t a problem for us. The washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Tom was a fantastic host and we loved our stay at his place. Check in instructions were clear and we really loved the generous check in/check out times. Location is an easy walk from Balham tube. All in all we were very comfortable and would definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to London.
