Definitely an area to consider for holiday, or even just to house the overflow during Christmas or other family holidays. Very clean, ample room, and location worked well. If you are looking for a place to take the kids over a weekend or break, this holiday park has plenty to offer, as does Clacton. Will definitely come again. Thanks David for everything!

I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Michael's pristine bungalow. It is finished with all modern fittings and had everything that I needed. I found Michael was very helpful when responding to a query I had. As has been said before, the surrounding area is in need of some upkeep however don't let this put you off. The house is modern and comfortable and it's only about 50 metres from the seafront. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Rachel’s place is beautiful, immaculate and extremely welcoming & peaceful. All amenities worked well, easy to use and very toasty and warm- no need to worry about being cold. Rachel is a fantastic host, good and quick communication, and genuinely a lovely kind lady. We had a lovely time celebrating Christmas at Ross and Craig’s gorgeous cottage. The property is incredibly homely and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could ever need. It is by far the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Also, the fact that the property was decorated for Christmas was a really nice touch and was very much appreciated by us all - it made Christmas very magical and special, despite spending it away from our own home. Ross and Craig were very helpful and responsive and happy to assist with any queries to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend this property without hesitation and hope to return in the future!

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Comfortable, cozy stay in a rural farm stay. We used public transport to get there. Buses are ~2.5 hours apart. There is a village shop 15 min walk away which has small selection of frozen food/sandwiches/milk/bread/egg and other groceries. Own vehicle is preferred to explore the area properly. Kids were happy to see the animals and feed them. Wendy rightly informed us that swimming pool was not operational at that moment before accepting our request.
