Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Windham

We had a great Christmas holiday in this comfortable and family friendly home. It is very convenient for walking into town and also access to the food Coop, supermarket and restaurants. The house is well stocked (eg. Paper towels, toilet paper,etc) and has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. Communication was excellent, as usual. The host and housekeeper are friendly, proactive and responsive. We would highly recommend renting this home and expect to be back.

Fantastic stay! Me and my pup loved the wood burner and cozy couch to hangout on after a long day skiing! This is my second time staying at this house, first time upstairs (highly recommend), and now downstairs, both amazing apartments and have everything you could need. Easy parking and great service from the hosts.

We had a lovely time at this place, it’s a bit small but we’ll appointed and you can’t beat the location, right on the river! The views out the back were incredible every day. This didn’t impact us but be aware the upstairs loft area is probably better for children and a tall adult would feel pretty cramped up there. As a rather short crew my family had no problems 😂. Would definitely stay again.

Christine’s home is so comfortable and well-situated! Right down the road from Brattleboro and VT Country Deli, and right next to a park with trails (literally, in the backyard)! The home comes with heated flooring and garage, *fancy* bathroom, comfortable beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Christine was so friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Thanks Christine!

The place was amazing. It was what the pictures show plus much more. Me and 10 of my friends slept comfortably and had a great time. Many games, nice kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, and if you’re a winter lover, hope it snows because this yard is amazing. We went sledding like kids again it was great. Definitely recommend. Right near mt. Snow and town of Wilmington which has great food options. Overall, quite the memorable stay.

Mike’s place was clean and welcoming and the backyard path to the river was a delight. It was quick drive to Mass MOCA, as well as the Clark Institute and some great eateries. Instructions were super helpful and everything was exactly as we expected.

This historic house is gorgeous and homely at the same time. It fit our big party just perfectly and had a lot of rooms for everyone to gather. All the utilities worked perfectly and the place was easy to find. It’s our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

We recently stayed at Brie’s Airbnb in Dublin, NH, with my family of 7, and it was fantastic. The house was very clean, and Brie was extremely responsive to all our questions. The outdoor space was perfect for our kids, who played outside all the time. We enjoyed the fire pit every night, making s’mores and creating great memories. The downstairs area was spacious, and the kids loved playing board games. We also used the barbecue grill several times. There was ample parking and plenty of natural light inside the house. We went fishing in Dublin Pond and visited family nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb for families with children.

Quick trip to Okemo and this was perfect. Only 20 mins to Jackson Gore and an easy drive. The lower apt was what we needed for myself, wife, and teenage son. Kitchen and living space was open and clean and allowed for a relaxing place after hitting the slopes. Bedrooms were clean & comfortable. Close to towns like Chester and Springfield for shopping & restaurants. Hugh and Nancy were always responsive and available. It was great meeting Nancy at the store as well. This was a great value and if it is available for our next trip, we would book it!

We had a fantastic 3rd stay at Jennifer’s. We love the location (great shops downstairs), the unit, and the host. Our dog also loves it. My only complaint is that Marvin (dog) loves the trails so much he wakes us up at 6:00am because he can’t wait to go on more adventures. We’re excited for our next visit!!!

Lovely apartment, plenty of natural light, tastefully decorated in quiet, natural/neutral tones and some lovely things on the walls to look at. Kitchen easy to navigate, intuitive, and well equipped for breakfast, coffee, lunch/snacks etc. and simple cooking if you don't want to eat out. Plenty of hot water. If staying in the winter, bring cozy indoor shoes, floor can get a bit chilly . And if you're an old married couple accustomed to a kingsized bed, the queensized bed might present a challenge. Really great mattress, though. Thanks Jaki. If you're foodies and you do want an extraordinary meal, try the Blue Moose (across from the Latchis.) Wow. Reservations required.

I had a great experience staying here! I booked it last minute, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The area was quiet, making it easy to relax. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at B&Bs all over the world, and this B&B is by far the cleanest and cutest! Love this space so much. Keene is an awesome little town and everything is within walking distance of the apartment.

This place was cozy and warm, the house was clean and spacious for a one bedroom. The shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you would need. Nina was accommodating and very sweet. Certainly would recommend for anyone to stay and we can’t wait to come back ourselves!!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s! The place very clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Susan is an excellent host. She is extremely responsive and kind. She also had the apartment loaded with extra things like toothbrushes, deodorant, snacks, and a whole book full of restaurants and things to do near by. I thought this was above and beyond what you usually get at an Airbnb so I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a pleasure to stay at Linda's airbnb in Dublin once again. Her place is immaculate, well cared for and comfortable. Linda is easy to reach and very accommodating to special needs. My friends and I plan to return when we are in the area.

This is a great place for skiing at Mt Snow. There is a shuttle to the lodge that runs often. There is also a pool and a hot tub to relax in after a day on the slopes.

Perfect spot for our family holiday get together. Very quiet and relaxing visit. Lyn was a terrific host and went above and beyond to be sure we had no problems with our stay.

James was a great host, the place was very clean and VERY close the the ski trail. Would love to stay again some day!

I don’t even know where to begin! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Appreciated all of the thoughtful touches! The bedding and pillows are top notch, kitchen has everything you need, best coffee machine (the host went above and beyond to bring by more of my favorite flavor) Having the real fireplace and recliner was the best! Having the Moover made everything more convenient, and the location was great! We did not want to leave and cant wait to come back! Thank you to the most amazing hosts for sharing this little gem at Mt. Snow with us 🫶🏻

Great space and location for a ski weekend. Quick shuttle ride to the mountain and near the local bars and restaurants. Would definitely book here again!

It's the perfect condo for a ski vacation. The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out, and we loved having the view of the ski slope from the balcony window. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, with thoughtful touches like spices and every baking dish/utensil we could need. The electric fireplace was fantastic as well. However, easily the biggest perk was the location - it was a 1 minute walk from the front door to the ski lift. There's even a closet outside the front door for private ski storage! Yiwen was easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful throughout. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway at Killington! Scott’s place is steps from the mountain making it very convenient for a weekend of skiing. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed! Health club in the building is a nice addition for relaxation at the end of the day (pool, hot tub, saunas). Scott was a fantastic and responsive host. We’d definitely come back!
