Very clean house, lovely kitchen, responsive host and peaceful location. We had a great stay!

We stayed two nights for a girls trip and it was perfect! The outside area was so nice to sit with a glass of wine and the neighborhood is peaceful and very walkable. We would definitely return.

Everything as advertised: clean cozy cabin located near several hikes. My one criticism is that it's located in a fairly crowded RV park. RV parks aren't really my thing. I can't remember if this was explained in the ad. Anyway, the cabin itself was great.

This is a great spot if you're looking to be within close proximity to the Austin metro area but still experience that Hill Country beauty. The log cabin feel is great during the winter.

Loved the site, didnt like cabins facing each other, but for a family needing 3 cabins, this would be perfect.

Loved staying here!! The view is breathtaking and worth it in itself. The house came with everything we could possibly need. Neil is a wonderful host and made sure to make this trip special. I would highly recommend staying here! I will absolutely be back!

I loved staying here— it was peaceful and welcoming. This is a hidden gem! I loved to see the wild peacocks roam around and Maria was such a lovely host that cares about your comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. The cabin has large windows which allow for gorgoeus views. We saw deer in the pasture everyday we were there. We went exploring down to the San Gabriel river, at Sherons reccomendation, and we were not dissapointed. Our favorite part of the stay was the cozy fireplace that we enjoyed both nights we were there. There was firewood and and everything we needed for a fire. Sheron was quick to repsond to any questions that we had and is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The pictures are accurate of the space. There is a window unit that operates as a heater and the AC. The outdoor space is well maintained and lovely.

Perfect for our purpose! Clean and convient and so quiet! The bed was comfortable and kitchen was exactly what we needed for our stay.

The cabin is exactly as described and what we were looking for. It is very quiet and very clean. Vivian and Mike have been communicating very clearly and quickly. Now we need 2 years worth of rain for the water level in the lake to get back and make the place even nicer!

I wanted a quiet getaway with my dog and Judith’s place was just the ticket! The cabin was adorable and had everything that I needed. I love how peaceful and private the property feels even though it’s minutes away from “civilization”. We will definitely be back in the summer when we can enjoy the creek more.

The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

My daughter chose this magical place to celebrate her 16th birthday, and she couldn’t have picked a better spot! We stayed for 5 nights and would have stayed even longer if we could have. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved how cozy and welcoming the place was. My daughter spent so much time in the little reading nook (that’s what we called it), making jewelry at the kitchen table, and snuggling on the couch watching something on my Kindle. The kitchen had everything we needed—my daughter requested Beef Wellington and scalloped potatoes, and the little oven worked perfectly (I even baked her a cake!). HEB delivery and Uber Eats had no trouble finding us, either. All in all, this is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The cabin felt very welcoming. For a 1BR 1BA it is very spacious. It was stocked with everything that you would need. Rudy and Sharon helped us feel right at home and even had a small batch of cookies on the counter for us when we arrived. There were extra mattresses available to accommodate our family of 5 and a portable pack and play for my infant. My kids loved seeing the zebra and donkey (Stars and Stripes) & they really enjoyed playing on the swing and zip line. The view from the cliff is beautiful and the 5 minute hike down to the river is well worth it. We took lots of photos and lounged on the hammock down there. It was a wonderful, peaceful stay. We are hoping to visit again in the warmer months so we can enjoy all the amenities for the river and the pool. Highly recommend 10/10.

Lovely bungalow, nice place for a little family getaway.

Nice tidy cabin to get a good nights rest. The heater worked great. Had plenty of hot water and the king size bed was comfortable.

Such a beautiful little place. Stayed there for a little getaway for a couple of days. I will definitely be returning. I did mess up my reservation but they were so nice and helped me resolve the issue. Would 100% recommend. Bring your own plates though.

Really enjoyed my extended stay. This home was very comfortable & peaceful. Cindy & Greg were very responsive & accommodating. I’d definitely book again for any future visits to the area.
