wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

We felt right at home. Very comfortable couch, beds and linen. We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful ocean views from the top deck, and hanging out in the living room. Everything was as expected based on the descriptions and instructions

My whole family (10 people plus 2 kids and 2 babies) stayed here for a few days. Some arrived before the check in time, but were still able to get in after Will’s fast response. We appreciated that. The place was perfectly clean and surprisingly very baby friendly! We didn’t have to hide any fragile or tiny decor from the kids. The house comfortably accommodated so many people without feeling cramped. We loved being able to use the bikes provided. We also appreciated the reasonable clean up/check out rules which was a relief since many Airbnb homes pretty much ask you to scrub the place completely clean yourself before the cleaners come. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

One of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in! Our group consisted of two sisters, their kids (13, 10 and 1.5) and a grandma and the place was absolutely perfect for all our needs. The beautiful rooms and deck are exactly as pictured, the place was exceptionally clean and the decor struck the perfect balance of beauty, function and comfort for all involved. The staircase was solid and carpeted so Grandma had no problems on it and the owners were kind enough to supply a baby gate so the toddler stayed in the room downstairs with her mom and we never needed to worry about her. All the beds have comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels at every turn. The whole place even smelled nice with a subtle air freshener. The owners were extremely accessible and thoughtful and reached out with restaurant recommendations in the weeks leading up to our stay. We loved the place and hope to come back next year!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights over Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. The house was exactly as described and we loved the location on the bay. The pool was amazing and our kids loved being able to swim at the shore in April. We also loved the game room with ping pong and mini golf. Hong was an amazing host and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely come back again in the future!

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Elizabeth's place was so cozy and it felt very welcoming! We got in late on check in day and everything was easy to find in the house. . The house feels very much like home. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs loved the space inside as well as the fenced backyard. It had plenty of room and the beds were all very comfortable. Elizabeth was very quick to respond when we had a question too! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

Fantastic house, very responsive and accommodating host. Everything is new, extremely clean, great open floor plan and spacious rooms. Beautiful place to enjoy all that Cape May has to offer in any season.

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The home was immaculate with high quality everything from towels, blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen. Outside Diane was just lovely and they even had bikes to use. Great location in a peaceful community and not too far from everything we wanted to do.

Tara’s place is very lovely and cozy. The house is a walking distance to the beach. My family and I, including our pets enjoyed our time to the beach. It is also a 20 minute drive to Washington street mall. Tara responded very quickly to all my questions. The house was clean and our check in went in smoothly. House rules are clear and straightforward. The location is great and it’s close to restaurants and groceries. I am looking forward to stay here again especially during summer, because of the pool. Overall our stay was wonderful!

It was a delightful stay. First off, the location was fantastic! Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it was close to local restaurants and walking distance to the beach. I loved being able to explore the area on foot. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. From the moment I booked, they provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Upon arrival, I found the place to be just as described in the listing – clean, cozy, and well-decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

We had an amazing weekend at Brandon’s beach cottage. It exceeded our expectations! The decor and layout were very nice and comfortable. Loved being able to walk down the street to the bay for some beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to book another trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a beautiful house, sitting just one block from the back door to the boards. A quick walk to the beach and only a 15-ish minute walk down to the shops, arcade, etc. We stayed off-season over Christmas, so many things about our stay may not pertain to summer rentals. We had no issues with parking and arrival. Steve and team are great with communication and checked in throughout the trip. They were very responsive to questions and provided prompt service. The bathrooms were clean and a nice size. Having linens provided was a nice touch. The bedrooms were a decent size and had the basics. The master was large and spacious. The kitchen is very large and very spacious which was nice for our family since we ate most meals at home. The kitchen had the basics that made prepping meals easy. The kitchen drawers were a little disorganized which made finding things a little difficult, but that ultimately was not an issue. This is a fantastic rental property!

We had a great week staying at Cheryl’s place with my partner and child. The lovely bay beach is very close, as well as the ferry terminal and Harpoons on the Bay, which is always great before taking in the sunset. The place was clean and included the essentials needed for cooking, laundry etc. the layout of this three bedroom is really nice because the two smaller rooms are at the front of the house along with a bathroom, and the spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom is at the back of the house, so if we’d come with my parents or another couple it would have still felt spacious and everyone would have had their privacy. We liked that the yard was enclosed, so it felt very private. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time in Stone Harbor. It truly is one of the best beach towns on the East Coast. The location was perfect easily accessible to the beach and to town, had everything we needed in the house. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had an awesome long weekend at Jonathan’s place. The house was beautiful, incredibly well stocked, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The views were amazing as well as the wildlife right out the back door. We even spotted a bald eagle one day. We appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in every room and even some delighters like the binoculars on a tripod for bird watching. You will not be disappointed if you book this place! It was perfect!
