Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

This was the second time we stayed at Stewart’s. The place is perfect, very comfortable and cosy, with every detail taken care of. Next time we really ought to go in spring/summer. As a little more sunshine is the only thing that could have improved our stay.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Great place with everything you could need in a great location

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

Really lovely stay! The location is beautiful and the property is perfectly set up. Larissa was very helpful, answering any queries quickly and in a really friendly and useful manner. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, whether you need a quick overnight stop or a longer stay in the stunning British countryside, you won’t get much better than this!!

We booked the apartment of Martin for one night to continue our journey with the train to London next day. Martin gave us all the instructions to find the apartment, the keys and the uncomplicated check in. Furthermore he wrote us where to have a nice dinner at the local pub and restaurant, where to find a supermarket and etc. We went to the restaurant, we bought a few things for the breakfast next day, we even have a walk down on the Margaret Beach next morning and everything was perfect. The beds were vet comfortable, the apartment was warm after a few minutes we switched the plugs and the kids, my husband and I slept well and we were fit to proceed our journey. Thank you for everything Martin and we hope to book soon again the apartment but then in spring or summer.

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

Very nice caravan, really tidy, great value. Harts is a decent holiday park but gets crazy busy! The town is pretty scruffy but everyone is really friendly and my kids had a super time.

Came to stay here over valentines weekend and it was the best decision I could have made, the space was extremely cosy and intimate with the three separate sections of the space, the kitchen was warm and inviting with the upstairs cosy nook being the main highlight - felt like we had our own personal cinema! The actual yurt looked small from the outside but once you enter it is huge inside! So cosy with limitless amounts of blankets and towels so you’ll want for nothing more. The absolute highlight of the AirBnB was the outside bathtub which felt like a hot tub - absolutely perfect with some tea lights around the edge looking up at the stars. All of the decor felt really considered and matched the aesthetic really well, with a supply of boardgames and everything you could need in a kitchen! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to escape into their own serenity.

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

Perfect location for an overnight stay near Folkestone. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so have no idea what the surroundings look like. The place was comfortable and warm.

Alana is very lovely and you can tell she takes pride in her home. It's really cosy and smelled lovely. Her communication on everything was on point, Alana was foreword to offer her help if necessary making herself available if needed. Really happy we chose here to stay. I really recommend this place to stay.

Kay's place was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cosy, we couldn't fault anything. Kay is very friendly and chatty and happy to help in anyway needed.We specially enjoyed the wine the breakfast goodies provided by Kay. Thank you for our treats and for Bailey! We know the area so felt right at home so we hoped to use Kay's cabin again.

lovely basement flat,warm cosy,and close to all amenities. Perfect for dog walks as park near by and shops also. Such a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and overall felt like a home from home.

A fantastic place to stay in the quaint village of Reading Street, especially with a young family - the children absolutely loved playing on the trampoline in the garden! Also a really good base to explore the area - the beach at Joss Bay is walkable and Broadstairs is only 5 mins by car. Thanks Marie for being an excellent host!

With potential bad weather on the horizon, I needed a place to stay close to work and also required peace and quiet to complete work commitments. I made an enquiry at 4.00pm on Friday and was in by 7.00pm. Very helpful communication, especially as it was so last minute. I arrived to find the property spotless, warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, located along a track but was only a mile or so to the village with a great pub and well stocked convenience store. I brought my four legged helper (a working springer) who had a pheasant wake up call each morning. That got me up and about, albeit a bit earlier than I planned. :) The walks from the door were stunning. It is a charming single bedroom property with a private terrace which had beautiful views. I can highly recommend this property if you wish to relax, unwind in front of the log burner with a good book in the winter and explore the area (Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe) in the Summer.

This is a great Airbnb in a central but peaceful location. Emmy is excellent at prompt communication and it’s true that everything we needed was provided and provisions were extremely generous including dog food and treats. We were 4 adults and 2 dogs so a comfortable fit. The only thing that would have made it even better is less space to the dining table and more provision of comfortable seating as there’s only a 3 seater settee and a woven chair for winter evenings’ relaxation

Would definitely stay again, cosy, clean and perfect for a weekend. Great location & near a very lovely park. Walkable to Margate & Cliftonville, the latter has a fantastic range of eateries. We parked the car when we arrived and didnt use it until we were leaving to head back home. Thanks Roger & it was really nice to meet you!
