Cabin vacation rentals in Whiteshell

We were very happy to find this gem for a quiet and relaxing winter getaway. Met and exceeded expectations and probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Thank you Stanley! Also the extra games and little amenities, surround sound system, etc… that are included at the property really made the stay that much better.

Let me start by saying that the place is exactly as seen in the pictures. Easy to find, private, beautiful location and yet a 1 min drive to the gas station, a decent restaurant and general store. The host is extremely responsive and has thought of every little thing that one might need. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and planned with the guests comfort in mind. They even have an air fryer for guests to use. The snack box was huge and had handpicked, lovely treats for us. Please carry crates of water if you aren't comfortable drinking the well water. This was our first off grid experience and we had absolutely no issues for the 3 days and 2 nights we stayed there. The fire and hot tub were a wonderful addition to our spring/winter staycation with deer visiting us everyday. This place is perfect to celebrate a milestone or for just a quick 1 hr getaway from Winnipeg. Oh and you will see some amazing night skies and Northern lights! Thank you Amanda-Lee :)

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The hot tub and sauna were absolutely perfect and made the experience so relaxing. Amanda was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! This place was exactly what our family needed over Spring Break. We enjoyed the hot tub and played many games together in the sun room. The place was very clean and had comfortable furniture. The kids enjoyed running around the yard, jumping on the trampoline and climbing into the treehouse. We even roasted hot dogs over a fire for lunch one day. Nancy was a great host, answering our questions and checking in with us. We hope to come back one day!

Spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked. A perfect weekend away for my family and our dogs.

This is a great site for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are so many amenities provided that our kids would have been happy to stay at the cabin the entire time. We hope to come back!

We had a great time at the cabin in the woods! Could skidoo right from the cabin to the main trial and although a bit of a tight fit it fit a 22ft snowmobile trailer and truck. Very cozy space with well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Kim was a great host and an excellent communication. Great place to stay any season if you are looking to get away from the city. The fire place worked well and there was lots of movies, games and the tv had a ton of channels. Nice little spot!

Make sure you bring your camera. Fun picture opps around the area! Very quiet and can accommodate 10 people easily.

My girlfriend and I came out with the kiddos and had a blast! Great space with lots of movies, games, and toys for the kids. Also lots of beds for sleeping. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back in the summer!

Loved my stay! Very last minute booking but had no issues getting in and settled by the time I got there. Cute spot nice and quiet.

Beautiful property right on the lake run by a lovely, friendly couple and their pup, Jack, who kept my dog company! The cabin is exactly as it looks in the photos, and is a perfect escape if you just need some time away. Cliff was onsite for most of the time I was there and was so friendly, asked me if I needed anything when he left for town and brought out a canoe for me to explore the inlet. This is a small community where loyal visitors have been coming for years, so it felt safe and friendly. The cabin was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed—and an awesome deal for the location and company—but like others have said, it’s not a fancy resort :) it’s a family-owned old log cabin. Enjoy it!

Second time staying. Wish we had more time to stay. Great as always, would love to stay there again!

Was a great place for us to stay on our winter fishing trip. Peaceful and private neighborhood with lots of landings close by to access the lake.

The cabin was very adequate for the 5 of us up on a stay for a fishing trip to Hecla and Gull Harbour. Clean, equipped kitchen, and the washer/dryer were nice when it rained to get the rain gear dried off. Deck area and the fireplace were great to sit around in the evening after supper. The hosts were quite responsive and always timely if we had questions or needed something. Great overall experience and plan to be back!

Katie was a great host! She responded to my messages within minutes and was very helpful with a questions I had. Her cabin was spotless, the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of extra towel, sheets, blankets, cookware, dishes, etc. The bedrooms were in their own wing which was great for our family with a small baby. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay. Navigating there is a little tricky because google and Apple Maps has a bunch of fake roads leading to dead ends but besides that it’s perfect

We stayed over the Thanksgiving long weekend and we were very happy. The pictures make it look a little smaller than it actually so that was a nice surprise. Nice deck and gazebo on the water side of the property and great view from the living room. Big well stocked kitchen with more than enough dinnerware and cookware, all in top notch shape. Kerry reached out to us a couple of days in advance with all the instructions we needed and was quick to reply to a couple of questions I had. Would definitely stay again.
