We went to York for a creative retreat and the house was the perfect backdrop for firing up creativity and imaginative whilst having lots of space to relax in the evenings. Everything was as listed, clean and homely, and any questions were answered promptly. We'd love to stay again!

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

We loved our stay in this cottage. It was very spacious with a large comfy living area and 2 good sized bed rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Located off a quiet high street with parking at the rear for 2 large cars. A beach in walking distance, plenty of local shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. Ideal for visiting Scarborough, which is just 4 miles away. Perfect for a family trip away and would definitely recommend.

Lovely trip to Whitby. Elliot's pad is well equipped and comfy. My son mentioned it also being a great "hide and seek" house! Well located to walk into and around town. Elliot was a responsive host who welcomed us at the property. Would recommend.

The house was as described, in a brilliant location for visiting York centre & the racecourse for Park Run. We had everything we needed at Paul’s house, it was warm and cosy and the welcome treats were lovely. We may return another time!

Stayed here for work. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and super clean. Would definitely stay here again. Parked are van outside with no issue at all.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Lovely flat with great views over harbour. It was so easy to get everywhere, not just within Whitby to the shops, beach, pier etc but also for transport to other areas. We parked up on arrival at Pannett Park then just left the car there for the whole week. We got buses to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay. There were also buses and trains going to the North York Moors so you don't really need a car to get anywhere. The flat itself was very clean, tidy and well appointed . The beds and huge sofa were extremely comfortable.

Excellent apartment close to York. It was great to have parking as part of the deal & an en-suite too. Comfy beds & sofa. Responsive host. We’ve had a great visit to York.

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

Brilliant and such a relaxing stay at Amy’s. Everything was there that we needed and more! We even had full cutlery for the children and a fully equipped bedroom for them, my youngest loved the play track that was left. A little bottle of milk was left too which was a lovely little addition. People location walking distance wise for the children. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here with our 3 and 5-year-old children and had everything we needed, including toys and a high chair. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk to the city walls. We would definitely stay here again; there is a nice view from the living room while enjoying breakfast or dinner. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Dean’s place! Pictures don’t do it justice - spacious and cosy, with beautiful views on all sides! The location is great and Dean was always very quick with responding. Lots of things to do in the area, lovely beaches and great places to eat.

Had a very relaxing 2 night stay. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and offers great views out across Scarborough and the bay. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely return in the future

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Dagi's place is perfect for a city visit. it's central, easy to get to the historic city centre and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within easy reach. the apartment was perfect for us - good size bedrooms and bathrooms, everything you need in the kitche etc we really appreciate the provision of milk, tea and coffee.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Francesca's property. It was very clean and modern with great little touches which were very much appreciated. Location was perfect for sightseeing. We would definitely book again if we visited York again.

Excellent stay at Chelsea's place! We felt right at home and loved the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring York and a short walk to everything. We would love to stay again!
