Vacation rentals with a patio in Wheaton, Wheaton-Glenmont

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

We booked Chad's place very last minute prior to the inauguration. It was a perfect location. A short uber ride to all the monuments. So much to see in DC. Chad is a fantastic communicator and replied quickly to my various messages. His place was cozy and perfect for our group of three ladies. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at Fish’s property during a visit to extended family. As always, Fish’s property is our Takoma Park home away from home! It is clean, spacious, and easy to access. We will continue staying here every year as long as it’s available!

Had stayed here because it is so close to the convention center. Had a great stay with a space for everyone. Host was responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here again for next year's convention. If you need somewhere to stay around D.C I would definitely recommend here.

I checked in for an original 5 days stay that turned into a nearly 10 days stay and each time I needed to extend my stay Nhi responded immediately and was gracious enough to do so. Communication was great, anything I needed was attended to, and I would stay with Nhi as my host ANYTIME. Thank you Nhi!

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

This the second time and it was as good as First time…

Tyler’s home was exactly what we were looking for in our weekend for my parents funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. We really enjoyed all the games and toys and books that made the home cozy and comfortable. With our entire family in town flying in from all over the country for the long weekend we needed a home in Arlington to see to the various events scheduled in DC.

Fantastic home , very walkable. My children 7 and 15 really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was so updated and spotless clean. My family had a fantastic time in DC walking everywhere from here. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook a family dinner with the kids. We had fresh coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the fireplace in this winter. Will definitely come back in the summer. Thank you.

This home was perfect for our week stay! The hosts were responsive and very friendly from the moment we made the reservation until checkout. The home was extremely comfortable. I personally loved the cozy bedding, my toddler loved the deep soaking tub for bath time, and my mother was very grateful for the walk in shower. The home was in a great neighborhood providing peace of mind for my family and I. My older children took advantage of the large yard and if it was a tad warmer outside we would have utilized the fire pit 😊 We were a short drive from National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, Whole Foods and shopping in Alexandria. All in all, we had a great experience.

Wonderful stay! Adorable home in Old Town Alexandria-we stayed the week between Christmas and New Years-family if 5 with 2 teens and a preteen, and the house was PERFECT for our family. Great location to DC, without the traffic if DC to come back to every day.

We had a very nice stay at Rayna’s place. It felt warm and welcoming and had all the amenities you could ask for. We highly recommend staying there and would go back again.

This place was perfect for my daughter and I to stay at while we went sightseeing! Close to the sights so Uber fees were reasonable! Very cute place! We loved hearing the tiny voice and petter padder of small feet from above. Made me miss my kids at that age. Only comment was the pillows were a bit flat for our liking but everyone is different with their pillow liking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you Shamim and family! 😀

Lovely lovely place! Beautiful furniture and set up. Everything was as pictured and just a great place for a girls trip. The “Good vibez” wall was such a great plus and a big hit. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were convenient. The dryer came in handy a few times for sure! The neighbors around were friendly.l. We spent a lot of time outside just enjoying the weather. There isn’t anything bad I can say really. I guess there were a lot of sirens at random times but being from NY, that doesn’t even faze me. Nesha thank you so much for hosting a lovely place. I would love love LOVE to stay again!

Amazing stay! Our host was responsive and even shipped an item left in the unit. The area was charming and walkable with lots to see and do. Would certainly recommend this place for another trip!

Lovely apartment with many great restaurants nearby and within striking distance of DC.

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!

The place is comfortable and in a nice location. Very close to Navy Yard and The Wharf. Israel is a great host and communicated well. The place worked out perfect as we were in town for a show at the Anthem. We had a great time.

This place is safe, nice, and clean. We went to the metro and into DC. Great trip! Also you cannot get a better price. Great place, thanks again!
