Big Yella

Quaint 1920's cottage, handy to the centre of town with lovely, elevated views of the city. Only 5 minutes' drive to the Hundertwasser and town basin which boasts many cafes and restaurants. 10min walking distance to Okara shopping Centre and Stadium. Fully fenced so kid and pet friendly. Driveway entrance is steep, with a carport for parking at the top of the driveway. Street parking is also available directly in front of the house. This property is not suitable people with limited mobility.

With sea & river views, this house has all you need for a comfortable stay. Cozy in Winter, cool in Summer, with covered outdoor living on both sides so you can always find a sunny/warm or sheltered/shady spot. One Super-king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a kids room with 2x king-singles and a trundler bed. The house is up stairs (elevated) from the parking so is not wheelchair accessible. It is situated on a busy stretch of road and not fenced. No pets please (our cats come here with us) .

One Tree Point Retreat.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Four bedrooms, plus separate media room with fold out couch. Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. Outside has a trampoline, plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to feel they can have their own space. A quick walk to a restaurant and four square. House is located in the marina subdivision.

Beach house in unbeatable seaside location

This family house is located directly on the harbourside boasting wraparound decks offering amazing views of McLeod Bay, Mount Manaia, and Mount Albury. There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.
