Modern and well equipped 3 double bedroom Annexe. The area is perfect for walkers and families looking for a peaceful holiday. Our location is a great base for exploring the High Peak, with walks from the doorstep and plenty of activities/attractions nearby. The wood fired hot tub is available for an additional charge of £40 per booking. This includes logs, kindling, fire lighters etc. (we will fill the tub ready and if we are available we will initially heat the tub prior to your arrival)

Accommodation is in a private suite with a double bedroom, en suite shower room and a living room with basic cooking facilities comprising of a kettle, microwave, single hob, toaster and fridge , suitable for making snacks and light meals. It is one of the oldest buildings in New Mills and I'm lead to believe from my history lessons in school that this stoney building housed the cotton spinners from the mills back in the late 1700s! Just a stones throw from the Torrs Millennium Walk and the Sett Valley Trail. All amenities such as Sainsburys, Boots, The Crispy Cod Chippy, Local Pubs and Transport Links are all within a short walking distance.

A traditional 2 bedroom cottage located close to the canal in the village of Buxworth, on the border of the Peak District. Both bedrooms have double beds, one of which can be converted into a twin, making it ideal for a family. There is a small courtyard, for early morning coffee, with a secure out-building, for storing muddy boots or bicycles. Fabulous position for walking and cycling whilst being close to public transport, Chinley and Whaley Bridge train station are both close by.
