Family-friendly vacation rentals in Western Division

After a small problem with check-in (name and reservation number not in resort system) everything else was great. Very good place for families as there are lots of things to do, plenty of food and beverage options both here and nearby resorts. Staff are very friendly and love toddler aged children, kids club for the over 4's with different activities each day. Would recommend this resort and will stay there again.

Great place and great host! We booked late however Sanford went out of his way to ensure that everything was ready for us when we got there.

Ours was a last minute booking and Sandford was very good at sourcing us accommodation. My wife and I with our daughter stayed in a 2 bed unit then a 1 bed unit over 4 days. We had a great time and felt very much at home in the units. Both units were spacious and well appointed, with all that we needed. The staff were accommodating and always attentive. In the transfer, we had left a few things behind and the staff were very helpful in getting our things across for us without us having to be there. It was also great to have the options of restaurants within the resort as well all the other cafes and restaurants on the adjacent resorts. The Denarau Marina is only a 20 minute walk away and Nadi centre is 15 min by taxi. Both good for food and shopping. To us it was a quick getaway, we love Fiji and the Wyndham Resort suited our needs perfectly. The resort has a homely feel to it and there were lots of families there. It was school holidays in Australia and NZ so it was expected. I wonder what it would be like in the low season, virtually having the whole place to ourselves?

Everything was awesome as planned. our stay was very memorable I enjoyed the beach view room and the scenery but the only downfall was the dead ants in the kitchen area.. our concerns were directed to good staff who came and took care of it right away without any issues. I heard that all the buildings will be going under renovations starting from next year, I can't wait to travel again to Fiji after its been renovated. Thank you Airbnb for giving me and my family a chance to stay in a affordable apts .

Located at Club Wyndham this was the perfect place for our family reunion! Super clean, really easy check in and the resort is incredible. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights at Worldmark/Wyndham Resort Denarau Island and it was so beautiful! It is on the strip of beach with lots of other lovely resorts and you are free to visit all resorts. The pool at Wydnham is beautiful and the sunset ceremonies were idillic! We had a pool side oceanfront one bedroom apartment and it was fully equipped and self-contained. Sanford was ever so friendly in correspondence and made the booking process very straight forward. He tried his best to give us the best apartment for our stay and succeeded! Thanks Sanford, and we will definitely be back!

Thank you, the rooms were clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking facilities and the bathrooms and toilet were clean. Quite spacious for family get together. The hotel staff were always happy to help and give everything we asked for. There are various dining options as well as fun activities for the kids, not forgetting Big Bula Park. Central location to visit Denerau. I would highly recommend anyone to stay over at Kivaan's listing.

our stay at sunrise lagoon was an excellent experience,Joe and Lice were very kind and generous , I recommend their place if you want to live like a Fijian in a typical village,with church and friendly children...with a median walk of 25 minutes down the hill you can reach blue lagoon and do good snorkeling.... there is a minisuper near the pier where to buy snacks and desserts...the cabin we reserve is a few steps from the sea, we sleep with the sound of the waves

Very nice apartment and very nice host!

The Red Bure is comfortable, screened and has an ensuite. It is right on the beach and has great views of the surroundings and the village. The description of what to expect was well written. The hospitality was outstanding, the food was fresh daily and plenty of it with plenty of fish and fresh home grown vegetables and fruit. Each meal was prepared by a different woman from the village and we drank the rainwater without a problem. Kana vinaka na kakana! The excursions to Sawa- I- Lau cave was amazing and a must. We also went fishing and snorkeling and a picnic with fresh caught smoked fish. It was all dependant on the tide and we enjoyed just sitting around talking to the villages. Our week long stay could not have been any better- marvelous hosts, welcoming villagers and amazing children. Thanks Sai, La, Eta and the whole village. We will be back

We had a very special 6 days at Sunrise Lagoon Homestay. Lice and Jo were fantastic hosts and it was awesome to meet their family. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to the Blue Lagoon. The island hopping trip, snorkelling and spearfishing were all highlights. The rooms were very basic but a perfect place to escape and relax. For Christmas, they arranged for us to take part in a celebration in the local village, which was a great experience. If you are looking for a luxury resort, this is not the place for you! However, if you want a truly authentic slice of Fijian life in the Yasawas (and great food), you’ll love this place as much as we did! Vinaka Lice and Jo!

Was such an awesome experience on Lucs boat! The crew and him are so friendly and were so great to us! Would 100% go again as they went above and beyond!!!

Jo and Lice are truly wonderful people.. Friendly is an understatement. her cooking was perfect and during the rainy day she would check to see if I wanted tea or anything . always smiling, just felt like home .wish I stayed longer. need more of your Cake ..😋😋

The Sekoula Lodge was the perfect island paradise. The beaches and snorkeling were fabulous right from the house, the grounds were tropical and immaculately maintained, and the large balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. The whole place felt postcard perfect. The house itself had everything we wanted for a comfortable vacation. The layout was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The host, Jenny, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She made several great recommendations including massages from Mere (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) and going to see the spinner dolphins with Joji and Alisi. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return to Sekoula Lodge in the future.

I booked a Christmas getaway for my daughter’s and their grandmother, aunty and cousin. They enjoyed this place very much. It was very peaceful, serene and beautiful. Communication with host was very good and check in easy. I will definitely book for myself when in Fiji. Vinaka vakalevu.

I really enjoyed this place especially the wonderful pool and the location. the villa is well equipped and just lovely. Communication was perfect.

Lang, was easy to communicate with & was very prompt in answering any questions. The accommodation was beautiful with a pool & bar view from the balcony. Staff went above & beyond to make your stay comfortable & new everyone’s name in a very short time. Fiji is a glorious island it truly is a tropical paradise. From start to finish we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being that it was a Airbnb it was a little pricey. I would definitely recommend flying direct from Australia as the you waste far too much time with connecting flights. Plus i would use a wise card for any purchases. As changing currency will definitely cost you in the pocket. And many places don’t accept cash.

Such a lovely place! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the pool and outdoors were clean and just amazing. Very good beds as well and bathrooms were clean! Taro has been so helpful, and helped with arranging multiple pickups from the airport, out to do some grocery shopping and setting up extra beds for us. Overall just an amazing villa, would one hundred percent recommend!!!

Great house, amazing location, and a fantastic holiday. Ima, the local host, was excellent and helped arrange babysitters. A few tips: The Malolo Cat ferry doesn’t allow you to bring any beer; wine and spirits are fine. Wine on the island is expensive ($10 AUD wine costs $70). Bring what you can. There’s a bottle shop at Plantation Island Resort. All resorts allow pool access if you buy food or drinks. The Musket Cove ferry stop is closer to the house than Plantation. Two small grocery shops at nearby resorts offer similar stock to the port shop, plus frozen BBQ meats. Mosquitos are active day and night in January; bring plenty of repellent. It’s an awesome house—highly recommend!

Felt like what was advertised and what we signed up for. Private, quiet and felt secure within the gated resort complex. Plenty of nice quiet beach and easy safe swimming. Good pool as an alternative to the sea. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms and great Air Con in every living space you needed it. Made for good sleep which was important to us. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces to spread out in. Attentive onsite hostess Silipa who was there every day and looked after, pampered us and helped with local knowledge and being able to organise things for us. Had underestimated the drive from Nadi airport as hired a car but worth it when we got there and would return, perhaps with some of us planning to arrange a little local plane to fly into the small airport which is literally across the road. Overall a great place for extended family, a couple of families or up to 4 couples to relax and unwind.

We could not have been happier with our entire stay at Villa Mokusiga, from the first contact with Shaan, who answers all questions quickly, to the beautiful villa itself, the most amazing and attentive staff -Sula, Vaulina, Kiti and Nathan- and lastly where the villa is positioned right on the beach, WOW what a view! We were a family of 7 adults and all of us had the most relaxing and wonderful stay. Very comfortable and well laid out Villa, we were able to enjoy each other’s company or find a piece of solitude if needed. We were so happy to have booked the all inclusive meals option, we ate the most amazing food prepared by talented chefs Pran and Shiva. Activities on the island are also a breeze to organise with Danny taking care of all bookings/transfers etc. This is the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in and hopefully one day we’ll be back.

Happy Home was a great place to stay in for a couple of months, especially when working at USP. The room is comfortable and Elizabeth is very welcoming! You can even enjoy quiet evenings at the pool, it's really a lovely place!
