The living area has sliding doors and a balcony from which you have a stunning view to watch the ships sail in and out of the harbour. There is one secure parking bay within the building. It's a gentle 15-minute stroll to the waterfront, and is at the start of the famous Long Street, which is known for its fine restaurants and bars. The tourist buses and local buses stop right outside the building making getting around a breeze. The Cape Town International Convention Center is but a stone throw away. For exploring wider a field the location is ideal given the close proximity to the main highways in and out of the city. The two main highways in and out of the city (N1 and N2) are right on your doorstep should you be exploring further afield. Fresh milk and water will be in the fridge when you arrive along with a selection of teas and coffee. You can also expect some other little treats on arrival in the form of fresh flowers, wine or champagne and chocolates or biscuits.

If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. Spacious Apartment in a Former Art Deco Cinema

Relax in a beautiful Art Deco building that was once home to the original Cape Town cinema. Have a long soak in the modern tub in a marble-tiled bathroom, or cook in the roomy, fully-equipped kitchen. This refurbished space is the ideal city respite. The building does also not experience load shedding which makes it perfect for working travellers. The apartment has two large en-suite bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The spaces is 144 squares and a beautiful open plan while the bedrooms are separated from each other to offer complete privacy. All the luxuries a travel could desire with a large flat screen TV, dishwasher and even a wine fridge. The entire apartment I am always available for my guests. I am happy to help with restaurant recommendations, things to do and see or assist with any problems they might experience. The apartment is close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, fantastic restaurants, and has 24/7 security. Bree Street is close for those who prefer the social scene and Kloof Street is nearby for fine dining. The apartment is very central. From the apartment is very easy to access all forms of public transport (bus, Uber, taxi) right outside the building door so a car is not needed. If guests prefer, they can rent a car and park in the building. The apartment has allocated parking. The airport is a 15minutes drive The city has many things to offer and guests can choose from day tours, spa activities, hiking, paragliding, drinking something at a wine bar or going to the beach. All of of these option are within a few minutes from the apartment.

The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. Guests are welcomed by me or one of the staff . ... they have as much or as little interaction as suits . We like to make the quests feel as comfortable as possible . An e-mail is sent to the guest prior to their arrival , with my and staff contact numbers , other useful information ...... local groceries stores , restaurant and tour suggestions . The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
