Vacation rentals with a patio in Westchester County

The apartment was well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. Apartment was exactly as described with so many personal touches. My husband and I were so happy with our stay, such a homey feel. Dagmara also gave excellent check in instructions and always quickly responded. I would definitely stay again.

This place was really nice and felt like home. It had everything we needed to eat, shower, and cook. Just as described. Exactly like the pictures, we had no complaints at all. You have shopping stores, groceries and even a movie theater right across the street. Nice big TV to relax if you’re tired of being out in the city. It is kind of far from manhattan, but we made it work. We read about the noisy neighbors upstairs but honestly we weren’t bothered at all. Thank you Ilda! We hope to be back soon!

Great location and stay

I will for sure be back! This spot is perfect for my needs! I live in NYC with my husband and 6 children, and am a student. I needed a quiet and comfortable place to study and complete some final projects - and this was JUST the right place. Well stocked kitchen for all of my cooking, and I loved the dedicated office space.

Dylan was very responsive, really quick to answer questions and provided extra useful information about the area and property. I commuted into Manhattan each day. The station is a short walk and trains were regular, which was perfect for me. The flat was excellent and the location quiet at night.

Another excellent stay! The place was very clean and affordable. Henry ensured all my accommodations were met and even managed to secure my booking on the requested dates despite other requests. He is very kind, professional, and communicative. I will definitely be staying again.

Gayle’s place was very cozy and homely. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and we felt very safe. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. Both bed and pull out sofa bed are comfortable, the shower is spacious and had great water pressure. The kitchen is a great size and had all we needed. I will likely be returning next time I’m in town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The place is ten minutes drive away from the subway station. We would like to stay there again.

This was our group's second stay at this house. I was very happy to see it was available, I wanted to stay here again. . We came up last year for an event in Sleepy Hollow one day and went to NYC the next. This year same routine for us. The location of this house is right in the middle and has easy access to I-95. Quiet neighbourhood. Last year we took the train, which is just a few minutes down the road, into NYC and that worked great. The house is very clean and everything works. WiFi was great. We cooked and baked in the kitchen and all the utensils were clean. All appliances worked fine. This year's stay was just as impressive as that last. I appreciate a clean house, spacious bedrooms and great communication from the host. We are already talking about returning again next year and this house will be my first choice.

Place was excellent for our family. Check in was easy as we were lucky enough to be able to drop off our bags in a little early. Cleaning crew was there when we dropped the bags off and she was super nice, very helpful and just made the overall experience easy and comforting. House was everything we needed. Train to Grand Central was an easy 3-5 walk and ran every 30 minutes.

Fantastic stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Piermont. The house is charming, quiet and with very comfortable bedrooms and living room. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Fabulous hosts who were as gracious as they come. Thank you for providing an absolutely perfect week!

Phyllis and Tony were terrific hosts. They were helpful and friendly. The property is very, very nice...from the private enclosed deck area with attractive plantings to the very comfortable living room/dining area...it was terrific. We had a big age spread...from 60's to 30's to 10 months. It was excellent for all of us. It is remarkable how quiet and peaceful the immediate neighborhood is while being 5-10 minutes from everything you could need. From pizzas to grocery stores...everything was easily accessible. We cannot thank Phyllis and Tony enough for the wonderful time we spent at their property. John and Ellen, and family
