Great place to stay, especially if attending nearby wedding. Beautifully fresh and most comfortable ever bedding and pillows were amazing, filled with feathers. We didn’t bring breakfast with us but went to nearby Quatt farm shop, which was delicious. Lovely to wake up to horses fooling around in the fields in the morning. So many views from windows in all aspects of the views. Great little stopover.

Lovely little place to stay for a night or two, not huge but has everything you need, including a small table and chairs, which I didn't see in the pictures. Beautifully clean and tidy, and a very helpful host who even offered to take us to the restaurant we had booked. Thoroughly recommended!!

What a brilliant little haven to stay in. I was attending a wedding at Donnington park farmhouse and this gem was just down the road. I’m not used to travelling by myself, but Liz’s emails were really clear and helpful and friendly, the place was clean, cosy, had everything I needed and felt safe and homey, whilst also being surrounded by fields and open space. Two lovely friendly Labrador’s also gave me a bit of fuss to make sure I wasn’t missing my own dog … and some fresh eggs and milk and bread and jam were provided, which meant I was completely self sufficient after a long journey, I couldn’t ask for more. if I’m down again I would absolutely stay again and if I’m with the family I’ll definitely book the barn for all of us.

Lovely room, just what you need when you are working away

Dee was a great host and very easy to communicate with, warm and accommodating. The garden apartment is a delight and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 1 night but could have happily stayed for longer. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchenette. There were lots of little things in case you needed them - including a hot water bottle, torch, phone charger etc. The heating was easy to use and the apartment was warm and snug. It's difficult to describe but the atmosphere of the apartment was very welcoming and relaxing - it had a nice vibe.

We were just here for a quick break and really enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to messages. We appreciated how clean the space was and how things were set up to make the most of the space. The description and photos of this listing are very accurate. We would stay here again.

it was lovely to stay with Christine, we felt like part of the family, the accommodation was lovely and we had everything we needed. Christine went above and beyond. Clean bedding and towels each week. Little treats for my son. We would come back any time.

Private access. Was a little bigger than I was expecting if anything. Parked on the road without an issue. Good facilities for the size of the place, though not much storage due to that limited size. Would stay again if I'm over that way.

Great place great host and a great price

Vicky is an amazing host, very kind and helpful and she went out of her way to help make my stay enjoyable. The Studio has a wonderful view and garden and is quiet, tranquil and safe. You were provided with fresh milk, orange juice, eggs, bread and more for breakfast which was very nice. I would highly recommend this to those who love the countryside and walking and there is plenty of informative information on the walks avaliable.

What a truly beautiful home this is. The Annex we stayed in was gorgeous, a little slice of luxury. Everything in there is done to such a high standard and provides everything needed for a short stay(and more). Helen had even left us some homemade brownies and fresh milk which was such a nice touch. The outdoor area is a sun trap with comfy furniture - so comfy and sunny that we didn’t end up exploring Melbourne until dinner time! We had a stroll around their well-maintained gardens and orchard which we loved. The bed is absolutely divine - top quality everything. The place is a 5 minute walk from the main high street and amenities, but far enough away to be quiet. The family couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were lucky enough to see Helen just before we checked out on the last day which we were delighted about as we had read many reviews about how lovely she is. They weren’t wrong 😊 Fab few days - will be back! Thank you Helen and your lovely family x

A perfect location in the country having easy walking access to the centre of Dunchurch. We had a little difficulty finding in the dark, but whilst parked outside and undecided if we had ther right place our host approached us, so clearly they were awaiting our arrival. A charming couple living in beautiful surroundings.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Jill's place was immaculate. Very peaceful and cosy accommodation, with everything needed and more. Jill was a great host. We had a super stay. Ideal location for a short stroll into Bewdley. Lots to do and see around the area. Highly recommend, 10/10

The accommodation was well appointed and close to the town. As we are big coffee drinkers it would have been nice to have had mugs instead of cups as the cups cooled quite quickly and slid on the saucers. Nearby street parking did not prove to be a problem. We will certainly book again next time visit family in Hinckley. Thank you Emma Louise
