Beautiful newly built self contained annexe close to NEC and BHX whilst still being set on the edge of Warwickshire Countryside. Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
