Vacation rentals with lake access in West Lake

I wanted to stay close to the city and this was the perfect location. Since it’s located in an alleyway you really barely hear any noise from all the traffic. Check-in was super easy and Kim’s hospitality was excellent - very friendly, proactive and she always made sure everything was good. The apartment looked just like the pictures! Clean, comfortable and overall just perfect. Lots of stores, bars and cafes around and everything is just walking distance. If I ever need a place in Hanoi again I will 100% be coming back to this place. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, Kim!

What a great host! Excellent communication, great advice and organised our airport transfer. Perfect English communication. Location is very central, tucked away off the street down an alleyway - you may wonder where you are going, but it's worth the winding path to the door. This is definitely a Vietnamese home over 3 floors, so be prepared for a lot of steps.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

This place gives one an experience of a traditional urban neighborhood entering through a narrow stone-paved corridor. The bedrooms are in the upper floors and Son helped us with the luggage. Son has very good communication skills. He was very responsive to our needs and questions even before we arrived. He also gave us a memorable tour of a pottery village out of town.

Tùng was very nice and gave clear instructions. He even made an earlier check-in possible which was quite convenient. We were provided towels, bed linen and toothpaste and toothbrush. Even though it might not reach European standards, this accommodation was clean and quite central, very few walking minutes to Ho Hoan Kiem, offering a cozy place to sleep.

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kim’s place suited me after a noisy few days staying in the old quarter. The place is located within walking distance to some nice restaurants, the lake and also Lotte mall. Definitely stay here again when visiting Hanoi again

There were restaurants and cafes nearby that were easy to walk to, and it was a convenient place to take a walk around West Lake. Thanks to this, I was spended the holiday comfortably with my family.

We had a great 3 nights, 2 days stay at the stay. The host's instructions and promptness on the texts made it easier to find and settle in the place. The view from the window is lovely and the room/living room/bathroom are all well kept and clean. To get to old quarter we needed to book a cab for 20 min, but that's how we preferred considering we got to stay at a quiet location

The apartment is great! It’s a beautiful area. The apartment is not as described in the pictures, it looks newer in the pictures, but in overall it’s a good place.
