The house is spacious and cozy and stands at the very beautiful and quiet corner of the lake. It is equipped very well too. We particularly enjoyed kayak and hot tab. Janice's responded to my message very quickly and gave us very clear instructions too. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Glastonbury. It's not that far to park your car free of charge (about a 5 minute walk) which we chose to do given that what you need/tourist spots are pretty much all within walking distance. Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Would recommend.

Myself and five friends had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Lake House. Mark was prompt with any queries and kindly let us check-in early after some of our group had travelled from far away. The house was as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the three spot-less bathrooms. The sun shone for us, so we were able to enjoy the wrap-around decked outdoor seating area and take advantage of the kayak and rowing boat. The attention to detail with the provision of sporting equipment and board games was fantastic! We enjoyed walks along the canal and to other easily accessible lakes and had a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. My friends all discussed returning in the future as a group and with our families. Thank you Mark for making our weekend.

A cottage of dreams! We absolutely loved our stay at Kings Cottage… the house was perfect - so beautifully done and well kitted out. Stunning garden for the children to play in and the most gorgeous picture perfect setting in Kingston Deverill. Hannah’s place is wonderful and Hannah is a great host! She had been super helpful with recommendations and very flexible on check in. The house is lovely with great views and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our few days at the coachhouse, which was comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. Andrew had to be away when we arrived but was immediately responsive when we had trouble knowing where to go. We felt welcomed on arrival by his note and provisions, and really appreciated the local recommendations sent to us in advance.

The Bullpen was a great location for a weekend away with a friend and our children. Beautifully decorated with luxurious touches and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned, we cooked a meal and enjoyed a movie night on the huge comfy sofa with big TV screen. The weather was wild but we managed a walk up to the White Horse (drove from our accomodation).

We had such a lovely stay- the flat was really well equipped- with so many toys and books for the children and everything you might need in the kitchen. The complimentary bread, butter and coffee was a nice touch. Aside from the house some of the activities seemed quite expensive such as bike hire but the canoeing around the lake was well worth it. Overall we had a fab time and found Suus to be very helpful. Thank you.
