Vacation rentals in West Hants

We had such an excellent stay over the long weekend; everything was great. We enjoyed the hottub, cozy dinners and playing in the huge yard. the walk along the beach is a huge highlight also. thank you for everything!

This place is wonderful. It is so peaceful and private. Outside you hear the river running and our dogs loved running around. The porch lights and string lights at night are perfect for going outside without flashlights. So clean, cozy, and comforting inside. It was our first airbnb experience as a couple, so we didn't know what to expect. The bed was SO comfortable, and normally pillows are a miss but the ones there were perfect and cozy. Stepping outside on either balcony was so lovely too, with the river water running and other country noises. We had rain our weekend, and while downstairs we didn't even realize until going out with the dogs, home is pretty sound proof. Upstairs you can hear it on the steel roof, but not crazy! Wonderful place with our dogs, though they are terrible with stairs - lesson learned on our end! This time of year, the dirt road was in rough shape with all the rain we've been having. Overall, Blaire and her property made it a wonderful experience!

The hosts’s instructions were clear, the cabin was clean and tidy, just as advertised. It’s a private spot, great for a getaway. The nearby lake and hiking trails make for a peaceful vacation. Plus there’s a hot tub, what more do you need?

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wolfville! Walking distance to the winery and close to town but still private with amazing views. The place had everything we needed and more :)

This was the perfect cabin for our little weekend get away. Perfect size- not too big or small. Cabins can feel crammed and cluttered but this was perfect. It had all you needed and nothing more. Both beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the inside and outside fireplace/fire pit

Lenny and Gail were awesome to work with. It was my besties birthday and they helped me source a gorgeous cake, locally made and had it ready upon arrival. It was a super peaceful get away, gorgeous views and the bed...best sleep I've had in awhile! Lenny and Gail really went above and beyond, I'll definitely be back!

Had a great time staying here! Jake and Melanie were absolutely amazing—super helpful with quick, responsive communication. I always felt at home. The view, location, and property are exactly as described: beautiful, serene, and peaceful. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for taking a break and clearing your head. Easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at so far.
