I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a peaceful gated community that felt safe and welcoming. We actually ended up adding an extra day because we didn’t want to leave Negril—and the host made it super easy to coordinate, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout our stay, and the location was great—close to supermarkets, shops, and everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for comfort and convenience in Negril!

Matthew was a wonderful host. I had a flight change and needed to stay an extra night and Matthew quickly accommodated me. I will definitely book here again!

I love this small home away from home! As soon as I arrived Sharon helped me with transportation details and everything regarding my arrival. She has a lovely property manager who usher me around the first two nights to help me get the few things and meals I needed without calling a taxi. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant for all meals. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and great people. The Airbnb, the cleanliness and hospitality was exactly what was expected plus more! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be back and recommend this place for anyone solo traveling or who wants a neighborhood feel away from the busy streets of Negril.

The place was beautiful and clean. There’s always security at the front gate so you always feel safe. The location is perfect.

The pictures simply don’t capture the full beauty of this home—it is truly stunning and impeccably maintained. Situated in a wonderful area with fantastic restaurants nearby, the location couldn’t be better. The view of the water is absolutely breathtaking and adds to the serene atmosphere. I am incredibly grateful to Kamala for graciously accommodating my early check-in request on such short notice. The staff at the residence were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered. Words fall short in expressing how much I enjoyed my stay here—it was an unforgettable experience. 10/10 WILL STAY AGAIN!!

“I had a fantastic stay at I Love Lucea’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Phillip was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery shopping at my favorite supermarket, Cherry’s Supermarket. I especially appreciated the massage services, and airport transfer. Although my family and I travelled to different parishes each day during our stay, I strongly recommend using the local amenities listed in the manual for this property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucea Hanover Jamaica!”

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

Twas a great place and very private. I felt very secured. The host Santana was very very helpful and always responds to any request. She made sure that we were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

STAY. HERE. I cannot stress that enough-- this was easily the best air bnb I've ever stayed in. The hosts are great communicators and obviously love their home, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Rashawn (the driver Jeffery recommends) is incredible, he was always available to take us to dinner or an excursion. On the way back to the airport he even made a side stop to show us a little history at Fort Charolette unprompted. Selina, the house manager, is so friendly and kind. Ask her for a recommendation on anything and she will help out and please please PLEASE ask her to cook you a meal (or three). Her goat curry and oxtail were phenomenal. The house itself is pristine and the beaches immaculate. Bring snorkeling gear. There's a ton of reef fish, we also saw a huge stingray and there are a couple nurse sharks that hang out close by. We saw them almost everyday. There were maybe 7 other people at the beach at any time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolute Paradise! I'm completely enamored with this stunning property! The nighttime ambiance in the backyard gazebo, surrounded by twinkling lights, candles, and the soothing sounds of the waves, is pure magic. This property embodies my personal style - glamorous and luxurious. The attention to detail is impressive, with sweet treats, tea, and a well-stocked space that feels like home. Amenities like the washing machine and 24/7 security made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, affordable taxis, and nearby amenities like Chukka. I loved it so much that I checked out and returned three days later! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious Jamaican getaway.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Butterfly House! This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs yet. The space is stunning! & thoughtfully designed, super clean, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. ☺️ One of the highlights for me was the gorgeous garden. 🌸 It felt like stepping into a tropical paradise, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery framing the most perfect ocean view. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee outside or unwinding at sunset, it was pure magic. Beyond the beautiful setting, Verna and Ben were the sweetest hosts. So responsive, so thoughtful, and always making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect getaway in Negril, this is the place! I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The home was clean with lots of necessities. Tenille and Leighton communicated with us well and even provided a well thought out welcome document. There is a little store onsite as well. I hope to stay at CasaLamar again!

Judy-Ann was an excellent host responding very quickly very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend her and her home to anyone. We had a minor issue with the a/c but Judy-Ann was on top of it and responded quickly to rectify the problem.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. The only thing to note is that the beds in the twin room are quite narrow for two adults. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

Apartment 10/10. No issues spotless clean easy to communicate overall great

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

I loved staying at point village! this place is a gem and gives you the opportunity to get a real feel of Negril. such a comfy bed with a great view, and the snorkeling! will definitely be back and hope to stay here again :)! thanks Brandon and Sophia for everything.

This has been one of the best Airbnb stays so far! The place looked just as beautiful as the photos—immaculate and in pristine condition. Its ground-floor location made it easily accessible, and the space stayed cool, which was a plus. It’s also conveniently close to the city, making it a perfect spot. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and Kim is truly a gem! Thanks again for a wonderful stay—looking forward to returning soon
