Vacation rentals with beach access in West Cliff

The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

This was our third at Sally’s place and we continue to enjoy it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a weekend away, perfect for small children and young families. We will be back again, I am sure!

Ruby Sands is very quiet and conveniently located, with the station and Sainsbury's supermarket at the other end of the road. It is an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is newly decorated, with good quality equipment, and attractively furnished. We found the beds extremely comfortable. The neighbours were very friendly. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. We had excellent meals at the Seaview Restaurant, and coffee at The Yard. We would certainly recommend the property and would be happy to return.

My 2nd stay at Dean's flat, and just as lovely as the 1st time! Great location - just a few minute's walk to the seafront. And if any supplies needed, then just 5 minutes down the road there is Lidl + Tesco. So, all very convenient. The flat was lovely and clean, warm and cosy, nice big hot shower. Had everything i needed. And the big bonus for me was the dishwasher! No washing up for me to do!! Great value for money - would definitely recommend and i will definitely be staying again!

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

This apartment was a great place to stay. Andrew’s instructions on how to get toThe Bay and how to check in on arrival we’re very clear. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - we appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and shortbread biscuits. The Bay is quiet at this time of year, so no issues with finding a parking space. We took full advantage of the private access to the beach - but beware, the path is very steep! However it’s worth it, as the views from the bay are exceptional. The location is also great for visiting Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby. This was our first experience of Airbnb and it was great. We can certainly recommend this lovely apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Andrew.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Lovely house in a great location. We have friends in the area and there's lots of places to visit nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and welcome. Would love to visit Sandy toes again and would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful. Everything is spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. We've never before experienced so much 'attention to detail' it made our stay extremely comfortable. We echo all the praising comments on their feedback from previous guests. It's immediately apparent from the start Ian and Sarra are conscientious hosts who love their airbnb and want every guest to enjoy their holiday to the full. Communication was excellent throughout, from booking to check-out. pretty much every need was catered for. Listen out for the friendly ghost who runs up and down the stairs and across the landing at night. I think he was trying to find our welcome bottle of wine and Cake. We'd already drunk and ate them 😉 The bedrooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable .The sunsets and rises are a dream to watch from the balconies. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Exceptional victorian town house, very clean and fully equipped. Sarah was very responsive throughout and helpful.

Really lovely big home that was modern and clean and everything seemed new. The host was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. This place is easily walkable to the town and sea front though those with mobility problems might find hilly Filey difficult! Would recommend the gluten free fish and chips from the corner place and bella Italia restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at the property, my family loved the Lobster Pot, Andree was very welcoming and sent an email entailing everything we could possibly need for our stay, Andree left wine and cakes for our arrival and my son absolutely loved all the board games to chose from, there was ligerally everything you could think of at the property, we even bought new batteries for the tv remote and later found that Andree had them covered in the kitchen draw, the cottage is lovely and a credit to Andree, thank you for a lovely stay and would love to return soon.

my stay at the Hideaway was absolutely brilliant! really easy to use the lock box. the apartment was so lovely and cosy, really clean too. Great communication with Jennifer all the time, she was really helpful if i had any questions. Great location for all amenities in Scarborough. Parking was straightforward using a permit. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Superb central location with great views across the harbour and HMS Endeavour. The apartment was spotless, easy to access and provided us with a quiet, comfortable and relaxing sanctuary after busy days of walking, sightseeing, shopping, eating and drinking. Would most definitely recommend Stephen’s place and we hope to return again in the near future.

We had a great few days at Donna’s place. The photos of the apartment don’t do it justice, and the views are spectacular. The Zetland Building is such a beautiful piece of Victorian architecture and was quiet and warm. Saltburn is a lovely seaside town with lots of restaurants and shops Highly recommended

Excellent location, well maintained and clean. Lots of useful information about the appliances, local area and cafes and restaurants. Helpful for me as I have mobility needs and there was parking and a lift.

A beautiful apartment, the location is great, with the sea at the end of the street. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice big telly for when it rained one afternoon. We parked right outside the apartment and there seemed plenty of space for this. Nice, quiet and safe street, 10 min walk to the amusements on the foreshore.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, wonderful view of the abbey from the bedroom window, and very convenient location. This was almost diminished when Paula informed us just an hour before check-in that scaffolders would be coming early the next morning to put up scaffolding on the bedroom side of the flat. This message was communicated quite matter-of-factly without any apologetic tone, which threw us off a bit at the start of a short getaway aimed at relaxation. Ultimately, the scaffold work was cancelled the next day (not sure if Paula cancelled it or the scaffolders cancelled), so we were grateful for that. But it was a bit odd/concerning that the original scaffold information wasn't shared earlier to give us a proper heads up and options. Apart from that, communication was very good and the flat was cozy and comfortable. Would certainly recommend it as a great Whitby option.
