Apartment vacation rentals in Wellington

We had a late check in, which wasn’t a problem. While small, the apartment was exactly what we required for two nights. Central location.

We had a great stay at Janine place, thoroughly enjoyed it. Its super clean, central to most of popular attractions. would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay! The apartment is more than well equipped, even to the smallest details. The walk to the city centre is absolutely doable and I appreciated the reserved spot for my car and the washer/dryer :) Jenny is a great host and I would definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Immaculately clean flat. Jason provided very clear instructions for entry and included photos. Highly recommended for the view over Wellington.

Ultra clean & spacious apartment with private access. Amazingly comfortable bed, great shower with nice toilettries, nice glasses & crockery. Linda had thoughtfully left breakfast provisions: eggs, bread, butter, milk, and beautiful chocolate. Access to a long, flat, sandy beach is next to the neighbours house. Thanks Linda & Shane

Rachel’s apartment is an absolute gem! Meticulously clean & comfortable, it is well appointed for short or long stays. The location is super handy & an easy flat walk to Jackson St. Location was very quiet & we didn’t hear a peep of anything all night long, though maybe the supremely comfortable bed had something to do with that! Our stay was short as were in the region for one specific reason, & I was very happy to have found such a beautifully presented, convenient & fairly priced property that were happy to accept short stays. If you enjoy great beer, head into Abandoned microbrewery for a fun vibe & delicious brews 👍🏻😉🍺 Thanks Rachel, we couldn’t have been more delighted!

5 stars without a doubt! The perfect place to stay for a weekend in Welly, close to all the restaurants/cafes but quiet enough you won’t hear the noise. Shelly was quick to respond and offered us early check in (amazing when arriving at 7am Fri) and a later checkout on the Sunday. Milk/tea/coffee available and chocolates and complimentary face masks were a very nice touch for our girly weekend - what more can you ask for? Can also not understate how nice it was having a 2bed/2bath apartment. Thank you Shelly for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a 15 minute drive (or easy 35 minute bus ride)to Wellington harbour but we were ok with that. Miramar has everything you need including a great brewery. (Double Vision Brewing) There are great hikes a 10 minute drive away. Scott and Motoko are great hosts and JJ and Kiki (the dogs) are a great welcoming party. The entrance is not easy to find but one of them is always home so as long as you communicate your arrival time they will see that you get in and settled. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Lovely & private, had everything we needed & wanted, extremely quiet and we loved looking at the stars at night. Excellent location to stay if you are looking to bike the wineries like we did!

Staying here was so peaceful and relaxing! It was modern and very clean. The host was responsive and friendly. The complimentary wine was a real treat and special to Martinborough! No complaints!! We loved it and would love to come back!

Great place to stay in Wellington, walkable to and from the centre if you don't mind some incline! Has everything you need if you're happy to eat out/order in :) as well as some great views and secure outside parking. Murray and Nina were helpful hosts whilst also making the stay feel like a private getaway!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.

We had the most beautiful time . The accommodation was so beautiful for a couples get away , private and comfortable. Loved meeting the Katie and her husband we will be back 💯

The home was at a level that allowed a relaxed frame of mind. To drift and let the stress of everyday work obligations to disappear. To walk on the beach then relax in the spa with the view of Kapiti Island, warmed our soul. Time felt like it had stood still as we rejuvenated all levels. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe, e Michael, mō tō whakapuare i tō kāinga ataahua ki a mātou. He kāinga tino ataahua hei whakanui i tōku rā whānau.

The location, within 2 minutes walk of just about every thing in Martinborough was unbeatable. The renovation of the building is outstanding. Having a shower or bath in the vault is something very different! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thanks very much Dan
