Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Waterloo

Absolutely loved our stay at the blue house. It was the perfect location of in town but had plenty of privacy and backed up to the woods. Such a cozy home and was perfect for the group of 6 of us. We were also very pleased with all the “extras” the house came with. Specifically all the access to baby things (crib, high chair, baby spoons, etc) as we travelled with an 8 month old. Cannot say enough god things!

The home was cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed the jet tub and the fireplace once the (helper) got it going. All the appliances work great because I used them all but the dishwasher. This was definitely a wonderful place to spend my 47th birthday relaxation week at. The food at Casey 218 Pub next door is really good. The kitchen is run by JB Corner Grill. Just walk in and go to back and order for the nice young adult. We look forward to renting Trent's place again. We travel 2.5 hours to just get away and relax. Mission accomplished!

This was our 2nd stay at Pam’s …we even put our trip off a week due to availability. Spacious tastefully decorated space …kitchen and bathrooms well stocked…large dining room tables with seating for 8 or 9 for dining or playing games. Close to grocery stores . Definitely worth checking out !

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Nicely decorated and very clean. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the main roads through Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Our hosts responded quickly and were flexible with an early check-in option. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect winter weekend get away! The loft was so cozy and exactly as it was described/pictured.

Brian and Lynette were great hosts! For my 2 weeks in Cedar Falls, this was a perfect place to stay to travel back and forth between both Cedar Falls and Waterloo for work. Their place was peaceful and quiet with stocked items in the kitchen to make life a bit easier when wanting to cook. Each morning, stepping outside and watching the sun come up from the view of their front yard was almost breathtaking. The golf items were there, but the cold weather prevented me from enjoying that part of what these guys had to offer. Their place is comfortable with all living spaces upstairs in a carpeted space. Very homey with good decorations. Great soaps were available for washing. Great place! Recommend it highly if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay within a short driving distance from activities. Very family friendly.

Great environment, Main Street is less than a block away and great personal touches from the host

This is the second time I've stayed at Kade's apartment. It's ideal for me. My mom lives nearby and is aging, so I've been to Waterloo twice in the last three months. I'm so glad to have found the place. It's got all you need, attractive, beds are comfy; it's quiet and private. You can walk to several restaurants and coffee houses. A lovely brew pub is across the street. Parking is easy too. Finally, I love the renovated older building.

This is the 3rd time we have sayed at Kim's place, and we will book again the next time we need a place to stay in Cedar Falls with a larger group. We love the kitchen/dining room area for gathering together.
