Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Washington

Nice spacious 2 bed flat with views over the river, in a great location near the quayside. Secure parking and excellent general security. We were 10-12 mins from everywhere we wanted to get to and Ubers/ taxis easily available for visits further away. James was on hand to meet us and explained everything. Imho general decor is good and everything you need is available. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

Great flat in a quiet street. Metro stations close by. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in Jesmond. Flat is spotless, warm, comfortable, quiet and light. Very well equipped kitchen with new washer/dryer. Everything you could ever need. Bed was comfortable with quality bedding and lovely towels in the bathroom. So pleased to have found this flat and Ben was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended without hesitation.

The check in was very easy , great hosts. The flat had everything we needed and lots of thoughtful extras. Great location and beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Clean towels and bed linen , nice and warm flat. Will definitely use again

Apartment was as shown on the website. Very clean and tidy Towels and bed linen were spotless. Being mid February when we stayed we needed the central heating on and it proved adequate John was in touch regularly to see if we had any problems Sybil, our dog loved the outside space and the walks in the nearby Roker Park and onto the beach. A very enjoyable stay

Great apartment in a nice quiet location, easy parking and within walking distance of city centre. Stayed in winter and the apartment was lovely and warm and fully equipped with everything you need. Host was very helpful even providing extra champagne glasses to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Fully recommended.

lovely property, well described and lived up to expectations. Host was responsive, welcoming and made us feel welcome with some bits and pieces like milk and bread for when we arrived. Everywhere was spotless - no complaints. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

This is our second stay in a Wooden Star Cottages property and it won't be our last. The furnishings are immaculate, the kitchen is properly outfitted, and the location is outstanding. There are many thoughtful details in the property, but the best recommendation is the bed and linens are top-notch and everyone in our party including a three year old, slept wonderfully well. Thank you Sam and Vicky for your hospitality. We look forward to staying with you, again!

First time going to a cottage/lodge and won’t be the last! The place when we arrived inside was beautiful & the complementary touches from the host were lovely. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and can’t wait to be back in and around the area whenever we decide for a few peaceful days off!

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Really enjoyed my time, and little home away from home

What a find! We stayed here for a week with our dog whilst working in Newcastle , great location, peaceful area. Hot tub was an added bonus! This place had everything we needed , was warm and comfortable and a great location . House was spotless , how water was plentiful and showers powerful. Will look to see if this place is free next time we are in the city as a first choice !

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as we remembered. Immaculately clean, easy check in, great location, easy to walk into Durham yet peaceful. We love staying here, it feels homely and has everything you need. Already looking at dates for our next trip. Thanks Steph ☺️

Karen’s apartment is absolutely beautiful, exactly like the photos, very modern and spacious for a studio apartment. We loved it. I could easily live there. Karen was so responsive to my messages and greeted us to let us in and show us around, a lovely lady. The parking space was brilliant too, although we never used our car for the 4 nights we were there, it’s so easy to walk everywhere. We loved the area and will definitely return to explore more.
