Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington County

The location is convenient to the historic downtown and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable. The only difference from the listing was that the Murphy bed was replaced by a futon. The futon was comfortable. It was easy to find street parking. Due to the age of the building, know that you will be hauling your bags up a narrow stairwell and hallway, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The water was unexpectedly cut off in the early morning as we were preparing for the day. After discussing the issue with Linzi, she made it right by providing a refund. I would definitely recommend a stay at her place!

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Great location. Nothing we needed was more than 15-30 minutes away even though some destinations were in other towns. Condo was clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

Tyrone’s spot was so great for our short trip in Johnson City! Very accommodating for us to bring our small dog. The dog that roams the property is also very friendly! Great price for the stay as well. We will be back!

A very comfortable stay. The Connor House is very clean and well supplied. It is much nicer than the pictures. We look forward to returning.

This is a good place if you want a quiet stay off the beaten path. Easy access to Johnson City and a safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and quick to accommodate us when we got cold at night. Coffee and snack bar was very cool. There is a smell of cigarette smoke that lingers so if that bothers you it may not be for you. Overall had a good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. It was great having a safe and fenced in backyard for the dogs. Dishes were spotless, and there was plenty of complimentary Keurig coffee on hand. Checkout was hassle-free. No issues, and we certainly would stay again.

Excellent AirBnB! Very close to ETSU and surrounding restaurants, etc. Would reserve it again if in the area.

This was our second stay at the farmhouse! We absolutely love staying there! Adrienne is sweet and keeps in touch. Everything about the farmhouse cozy and peaceful. It's always clean and has what we need.

Daphanie's little house is a cute, friendly place with one of the best-outfitted kitchens I've ever seen in an Airbnb! If you plan to cook while you're in Johnson City, you definitely need to consider staying here. She is also very responsive. This is a great little place.

William's AirBNB was by far the best I've ever stayed at! It sucks I was only there for work purposes....BUT I've spoken with my Wife and we will definitely be booking a vacation in the near future! And plan on staying at this exact AirBNB.....William was very helpful and such an outstanding host! 10/10 Definitely Recommend! You won't find a better bang for your buck!

This is our second visit to Christin’s place and we are just as pleased as the first visit. It is spotless, spacious, comfortable, and has everything needed to make you feel at home. We have family that lives about 10 minutes away so we will continue to stay here as long as it’s available!

We love everything about this AirBnB! The location is central to a lot of great areas of East Tennessee, yet private and in a peaceful setting. The indoor and outdoor furniture is comfortable for those days you just want to relax! The space is high-end and clean! This cabin is so well stocked— we never have to run to the store for supplies! Amy has thought of everything! This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back! The hosts are hospitable and available if need be. Thank you so much for an awesome week!

Tina and Mike's Mountain Air View condo was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very pleasant and had so much to do -- even with less than ideal weather we stayed in the neighborhood the entire day and still didn't run out of things to do. Highly recommend!

Karen was a pleasure to work with we ending up coming a day sooner then we expected and even though she had someone there that morning who was checking out she had the place cleaned and ready for us that night so we didn't have to book a separate hotel until our check in time ! she made the accommodation for us easy and was glad to help figure out our solution . the place was wonderful and very organized which I loved because im a ocd type of person ;) so I was excited to be able to stay somewhere that reminded me our home . my son raced the entire week we were there so it was a great spot to stay during that time and it was very relaxing once we were back at the home . Definitely recommended by us ! we truly enjoyed our time !

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

Michael's airbnb was exactly as it was described in he listing. It was conveniently located very near to each of my family members who live in the Bristol VA and Bristol, TN areas. We had plenty of space and when guests came by, to visit there was no reason for them to go beyond the first floor common area. I will definitely recommend this property to friends or family. Clean, cozy, and was more than expecting!!!!!

Stunning views! The covered back porch looks out over the top of a high ridge, in the beautiful 700-acre Wolf Laurel Preserve. The condo itself is well-maintained and comfortably furnished. The gas fireplace is very cozy on chilly nights, and the kitchen has everything you could need to stay in and cook simple meals - which is great because it's a bit of a drive to the nearest restaurants. We walked on the paved and gravel roads in the large gated community, and hiked the Appalachian Trail. The brand new Hatley Pointe ski resort is just down the road. We will be back for sure!
