Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Steven is a great host who was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for hikes and places to eat! The home is beautiful and very close to the town of Saratoga. Highly recommend!

This house is such a welcoming space! Our family enjoyed cooking and eating together in the big kitchen, and we loved walkimg to the nearby park to play togeyher.

The house is absolutely stunning! We loved how clean and well organized everything is. We did a ski trip with a bunch of friends. And this house is conveniently located between two resorts: Okemo and Killington. Some of us had Epic pass and some - Icon. This was a perfect solution. Beverly was very responsive and caring. We felt right at home. The only small inconvenience is - that there is no dish washing machine. I know we became so spoiled with the technology. We easily solved by making a rule that everyone washes after themselves. Just something to note. This is absolutely not a deal breaker for me. Love the house! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

The house was beautiful as it was captured in the pictures. Connor was extremely helpful and communicative when we needed help. Despite the snow storm, we had an easy time getting in and out of the house. Extremely beautiful surroundings,great views / vistas from every window, abundant light. House heated well despite the cold weather and kitchen was truly stocked with everything needed, especially for foodies like us who love cooking. Would definitely be back!

Host is very responsive and he accurately put out just the information that we needed during our entire stay. The place was very cozy, well equipped and quite clean and worth the amount what we paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

Bret and Kristin were the best! So helpful and responsive. And their place is beautiful and peacefully quiet. Super comfortable and conveniently close to Saratoga. The views in the middle of winter are spectacular, I can’t wait to see it in the summer.

5 stars at this Airbnb. Away from the hustle, close drives to fun, dining, activities. Very comfortable, great Apple TV. Amazing views of VT right through the kitchen window with an accessible trail across a beautiful bridge. Quiet at all times, plenty of hot water, amazing host. I can’t say enough good things to highly recommend this listing.

We were able to accommodate everyone that was with us in our group. It was family friendly and comfortable.

This apartment is amazing and in a truly spectacular location. We happened to be there at the height of fall color which was magical but the farm, the gardens, and views must be unbeatable any time of the year. Delia surprised us with a decadent assortment of vegetables from the farm, fresh eggs, local bread and apple butter, pancake mix, butter and syrup, s'more supplies, bottled water from Saratoga Springs, apples, snacks, coffee, oat milk and a tasty bottle of wine. It was by far the nicest welcome we have ever experienced and far beyond all expectations. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen sheets and soft, fluffy towels. The nods to M.S. make this already special place even more so. I am thankful to Delia for sharing this incredible place and can't wait to return again someday.

This has become one of our favorite stays. The apt. Is so well appointed. Even the little balcony overlooking the river was a joy! We had tea and saw the comet! The apt was immaculate, and the amenities met every need. It’s a cozy sweet and so comfy apt. Did I say it was clean? Rules were fair and well communicated, nothing intrusive or rude at all. The town is sweet. We ate at Elsasser’s and it was fabulous! Also for a small town they easily accommodated my gluten free needs, I have celiac so it’s a must. I am grateful. This is a great stay and we look forward to our next visit!

Vasili’s place was so peaceful and charming. It is classic old school with a gorgeous landscape. A really nice place to unwind and relax with historical significance as well :)

This was the perfect place to stay. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Klara and Gregg were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!
