We loved staying here! A short drive from downtown and lovely and quiet. It was the perfect getaway for the women in my family. Gina was a superb host and we enjoyed the hot tub!

We had a great overnight stay at Alex's place. It was a nice walk down to Harpers Ferry for exploring, and we appreciated the home's proximity to a few restaurants and bakeries as well. The separation between the two bedroom suites was perfect for my mother and me to share. We hope to be back for another visit soon!

I would definitely recommend this home if you’re staying in the Berkeley Springs area. It’s close to downtown and easy to find. The house has a lot of beautiful natural light and is perfect for multiple people/groups. The amenities are as advertised and the home was peaceful. We would stay here again.

Courtney and Christian’s cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet, yet with plenty of entertainment options. Close to hiking, parks, the Cacapon River, and the quaint little town of Berkeley Springs. Staying in to enjoy the cottage was extremely fun too. Pool table was a hit! Sitting outside relaxing with the sounds of nature even better. A couple cozy fires and delicious pizza making was on point. We where very happy to enjoy it all.

The Lodge is absolutely stunning! We would recommend it to anyone and already want to plan our own return trip. The home is impressively decorated, super comfortable, and stocked with almost anything you could need. The house is cozy and offers great entertainment options - we especially enjoyed the hot tub during a snow day! The scenery is breathtaking, with the mountain vistas and river view that make the perfect backdrop. Thanks so much to Jeff for having us!

Mary’s place was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to sleep with my 2 dogs & it had everything necessary. She was very responsive & has everything labeled. I also appreciate how close she was to the interstate.

The house was beautiful. It was very clean and tastefully updated. We had everything we needed and more. The beds and furniture were very comfortable too. The outdoor space was spectacular. Hot tub, fire pit, hammocks and plenty of seating to look and enjoy the gorgeous views of the winery. This was the perfect house for us!

The place was great for our trip and group. Connor and Alex were responsive, friendly hosts.

WOW! What an amazing air bnb and property! Dawn was a great host and very attentive to our needs and great to talk with. We had dogs with us and were able to use the trails around the property to run them. I cannot wait to come back!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Had a fantastic stay at Denny’s place. The house was very clean and cozy during the cold and rainy weather. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed which was great for cooking. The hot tub was a wonderful feature and the game room was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin - it was less than 15 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, and while it was too cold for water activities, it was right off of the Cacapon River. The lodgings were super clean and we had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for cooking. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Berkeley Springs.

Scrupulously clean cabin on a quiet cul de sac. Just the quiet getaway we were looking for. Loved the big deck. Everything worked perfectly and the host responded instantly when we had trouble with the keypad for entry. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and tucked away but also close to everything and quick access to the highway. I felt like everything was a quick 5-10 minutes away if I wanted to go out and do something, try a restaurant, etc. The room was so comfortable, inviting and clean. I also loved the personal touches Gyasi takes for his guests. It made the stay that more memorable. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely book there again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. It was great.

This is our second time staying at the house. Very peaceful, homey and open floor plan. Excellent home for a small family outing. Definitely recommend

This place was beautiful! We had a little welcome gift waiting for us! There was an “oppsie” basket in each bathroom in case you forgot something which was wonderful. The views in the backyard alone were gorgeous and the home is so close to the state park with even more beautiful views!

Michael’s cabin was a great place to host my best friend’s bachelorette party. It offered a peaceful place with tons of fun things to do including the hot tub, a walk to the river, fire pit, board games, movies, pool, foosball, darts, and more. Furthermore, the smart TV allowed us to easily screen share from our phones, making it the perfect way to play personalized games that we had created. The cabin is a short drive from many wonderful restaurants, including the Canary grill, which offered a beautiful view and delicious food for the bride to be and her party. During our trip I was already planning the next time I’d be able to visit with my significant other, as I loved the space and all it had to offer. We had a great stay, thank you Michael!
