This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

Beautiful place. Was looking for a place to share with family and friends since camping plans were rained out. This place had a hot tub and an awesome enclosed patio so we were able to enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather!

We loved our stay in Prarie Grove. The location was amazing and we felt right at home. The hot tub and zipline were added bonuses that made our stay that much more fun.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Right across the street from Sassafras Springs Vineyard which is great spot for food and drink. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Moonlight on the White is a beautiful property and very private for a get away, Shawn was very helpful and responded quick and recommended local places to try out. It is worth the stay

This cabin in the woods of Arkansas was an absolute gem! It offered offered complete privacy and serenity. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed with cozy touches like a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved enjoying coffee on the porch and spotting wildlife. The host was friendly and provided great communication. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, we’ll definitely return! Highly recommend!

We were visiting War Eagle and other craft and antique shows in the area. This home was located conveniently close by. When we arrived Tresia had a nice basket with some breakfast bar’s & muffin’s. We felt so welcomed.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was the PERFECT choice for us. We wanted a cozy place locally that we could revisit with our family one day, but was large enough to host all our wedding people day of. We made so many memories and had an amazing time!! Definitely can’t wait to book again 😊😊

We were extremely happy with this place. It will most definitely be on our return list as we go to Fayetteville for sporting events at least once a year. It is super easy to get to and quick 10 min to Fayetteville to the college. It was spotless and super comfy. Porch and nice grill (also spotless). The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy which is frequently not the case. You should definitely consider staying here if in the area

We loved our stay!! It was perfect! Very roomy, clean, and quiet. The area was private and quiet with lots of wildlife. The host was helpful and responsive. We had a little issue with a vehicle and ended up needing a later checkout time and he worked with us and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

If you like off the beaten path, just a bit peaceful country setting surrounded by horses then you will love the Peacock Cottage. The host Jennifer was very helpful and it’s a quaint darling place.

The cabin was excellent, the host had bottled water and sparking waters in the fridge and granola bars set out with local hiking trail maps. It was perfect for our weekend hiking getaway!

My best friend and I stayed here over the weekend, all of the staff were amazing and very informative! We will definitely be back! ☺️ We were running a little bit late and I asked for a later check out and Bobby was very understandable. We stayed in the tiny house, everything looks exactly as the pictures online. The bed was very comfortable, The tv has the option to use Hulu,etc. that was very convenient. We woke up the morning of checking out and walked around park. They have Retro Arcade and Game Room, fire pits, etc. A ton of beautiful hiking close by.

This was our second time to stay at one of Connie’s cabins. Our family of six enjoyed the space so much. Loved the lofts. Connie is super helpful and friendly. Had everything we needed in the kitchen
