Vacation rentals in Warmwell

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

We found the place pretty easily. It was immaculate inside with everything we needed - even a couple of cakes which sadly neither of us could eat. The instructions for gaining access and for getting to the beach and other amenities were all very clear. The flat was well placed and access to public transport was easy.

Absolutely stunning place! so peaceful and in the middle of a beautiful farm. we had a great time.

Andrew was an amazing host. Super helpful and friendly and always quick to respond. He helped make my mums 75th special by early check in which made such a difference to the family to have more time together. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The pool was clean and warm and a perfect space for the kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back.

A fantastic property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Four of us stayed with our dogs and we all loved it. Parking was plentiful and we also managed to park our SUV at the back of the property in the allocated space. Every amenity you could need and a short drive to all the local walks and beaches. David is very helpful and we highly recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Poole and the surrounding area.

We loved the Captain’s Retreat. It was a perfect bolt hole very near the centre of Lymington but in a very peaceful location. The property had everything we needed and more - very comfortable large bed and a good shower. Helen couldn’t have been more helpful both in terms of accessing the property and providing lots of local recommendations - most of which we experienced! If we visit Lymington again we will definitely stay here!

fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

Lovely experience staying at Connor's for a work trip. Super clean and spacious and right on the beach to make the most of walks and runs along the coastline.

Very happy with our New Year stay. The house was modern and comfortable and there was plenty of space for six adults and two teenagers. The location was peaceful and calm and it was great to be able to walk into the village centre for shops and cafes.
