Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Great place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was clean, appliances worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Other amenities in the home were great to have and the gym downstairs was a nice perk. Walkable food options and a quick walk to bus stations that will get you anywhere you need to go. Only downside is that you need to take a bus to any metro station.

Amazing modern apartment in the heart of Gangdam 🤩 Super great location if you want to eat everything, go shopping or attend to some business. The small office space & chair is a very nice touch for meetings/calls + the WiFi is VERY good. Close to all public transport. I would stay here again, easily 🌟

We had a10 family vacation from Indonesia, the unit was very clean very comfortable. only the entrance to the apartment unit needs to be given lights to be bright.

Great place to stay in Seoul. Not far from subway and easy to find many restaurants and convenience store nearby. The house is cozy and perfect for 5 people. Helen was reachable at any moment and help us to make everything good. I recommend this place

It was so clean, and the hotel had a small space to sit and eat, but the table here was really big and nice. The bathroom was so clean. When I checked in and went in, it smelled so good, and the bed was reasonably fluffy + hard, so it was so nice. If I have to go to the Gangnam side, it's an accommodation I'll visit again! Non-face-to-face check-in is so nice before. It's so easy to leave your luggage, contact is quick, and you're kind ~

Good apartment to stay here is cozy

I had such a lovely time with my family at this cozy place! It’s right in the center of Seoul on the main road, so everything’s so easy to get to. McDonald's, Starbucks, Olive Young are all just a short walk away, and we really made the most of them during our stay😁 I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and convenient place. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Seoul.

It wasn't large, but the two of us were very comfortable. It looked just like the photos and it was very clean! The location was very peaceful, and we were close to the subway station. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again!! :)

This place is a gem! Love the decor of the house! Place is extremely clean and bright with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom is also very clean but it would be good if the bath water can be hotter. In the living room, there's a big comfortable sofa, a good size table and huge projector tv. The big load washing machine and dryer is really useful for us after traveling outskirt for 5 nights! Also love the view from the window, it was snowy when we stay here and the view of frozen hangang river with snow is simply amazing. The only huge problem we encountered here is the parking, there are lots of parking lots but mostly very small and if you return late you will have problem finding a space. I would love to stay here again if I visit Seoul again. Thank you Host!

The airbnb was in a great location -- many busses nearby and the train station connected to the building itself! James was a great host -- always quick to respond and friendly. Definitely will remember this place for future travels.

Overall, our family of 4 loved this airbnb. We stayed at 2 locations during our visit in South Korea. This one and one near hongdae. My husband and I talked about how much we preferred this place over the other. Luxurious. We had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us. The elevator was essential. Location- the place is in a great location for traveling in Gangnam. Its right by the subway exit which is awesome for traveling around especially to sinsadong. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to starfield coex mall. Good resturants and coffee shops. Stay- place looks just like the photos. My fav thing about this place was the incredible views. Its on the high floor and faces the Gangnam river when the sun rises. I sat on the window seat every morning. The only trouble we had was the a/c. It takes a bit to cool down the place. It was so warm when we entered which was stressful. Once the place cools down it was fine. Clean bathrooms. Twin beds okay. Queen was comfortable. Pillows were goo
