You'll love the place because of the environment that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for a cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children/babies, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

The holiday homes "Norderney" and "Wangerooge" are ideal for couples, adventurers and anglers, business travellers and families (with children). In addition to the beautiful East Frisia with Leer, Emden and Aurich, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation. Dikes, sea air and the lovely countryside do not let you out of the recreation. If you ever need "action" then take a motorboat through the many canals or take me on a sightseeing flight to the islands.

On the ground floor there is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and deck chairs. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in addition to the usual equipment with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower.
