We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

We have a heated garage too! Paul Bunyan trail and the Cuyuna County Recreation Area are nearby. Near Brainerd, Nisswa, Crosby and Crosslake.

The Adventure Studio is like stepping into a treehouse that boasts stunning views and a cozy relaxing deck overlooking 200' of shoreline on a great fishing lake. A fire pit, pedal boat, paddleboards, wooded acreage, a mile long nature hiking, biking trail and access to other adventures. All on a quiet tree lined road, perfect for peaceful strolls at sunset.

It is absolutely HUGE at 3,250 Sq Ft, complete with two master bedrooms and plenty of space for multiple families to spread out over all three levels. You get access to both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a boat slip on Gull Lake. There is plenty of room for trailer parking so you can bring your own boat or your ice shack and snowmobiles in the winter months AND two on-site boat rental options.
