Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

We had another great stay at Aurora’s place! Perfect house to stay when in Kauai. Aurora was very responsive. Highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay in Pam's place. The house is very large. 2 king size beds upstairs and 1 downstairs, with two large bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The closet had plenty of beach accessories, tons of snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats and coolers. Our favorite part was how close we were to everything. There are walking paths to get to the different beaches, restaurants and shopping. Shipwreck and Poipu beaches are an easy 10 minute walk. Pam is super responsive. We will defiantly stay here again next time we are on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Koloa, great location and super convenient! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the south shore. Instructions were very clear, lovely short walk to the beach, safe and quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and kind when we had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this home and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

Absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we needed in an amazing location. It was SO much nicer than a hotel for a large group. There were card and board games available, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and even a wagon which made everything easier. Sheri was so easy to work with, quick to respond, and made everything seamless! We would love to stay here again!

This home was beautiful and was located right on the beach. Being able to watch the sunrise on the balcony every morning was amazing. The home was equipped with tons of beach stuff. It was great not having to go rent beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The location was perfect for us. Centrally located on the island so north and south shore were easy drives. Absolutely gorgeous condo in Princeville! The place was spotless, in a fantastic location, and part of a beautiful community with a stunning swimming pool and spa. The host was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay! Easy check in, and was as described. Great view of the ocean / sunrise from the balcony. If you want to sit on the beach, it is only steps away. Beach chairs and small ice chest provided. Only 5 min. walk to Safeway and many places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back.

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

Jennifer’s place was just as advertised. There were 2 couples in our group and the space was perfect for us. My wife is a stickler for clean places and this place was clean and well maintained. I would like to add that Jennifer added little things that made our stay special. From the basket of goodies when we arrived to the beach chairs and umbrella. This place was a joy to stay in.

A great place to stay while on Kauai. Located near Poipu about 20 minutes from LIH. Stock up at Times or Costco in Puhi (10 min from LIH). Patricia's directions are clear. The unit is near the pool and hot tub. Easy to enter. Clean, spacious and open. Lovely 5-10 minute walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Many honu. Very warm hot tub and cool pool. Grill nearby pool. Great amenities within reach. Central location on the south side. Very relaxing stay.
