This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

Peter’s place is wonderful . An oasis in Maui . All we heard were the singing birds . The kitchen is great as is the spacious living room and 2 bedrooms . Peter was an available host always willing to help while at the same time unobtrusive .

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

The property grounds are manicured and gorgeous. The villa itself was spotless with the perfect balcony view for sunsets and our morning coffee. We were fortunate to meet Sandra who is a delight and full of local recommendations. The location is privately tucked away from the busier areas but still close enough to everything you need. The photos and description are accurate. The space was perfect for our small family of 3.

Very beautiful location to stay at in Kaanapali! Has a gym with just enough equipment, grills and pools, and an included private golf cart upon request to the beautiful Kaanapali beaches. Also towel service available until 5:30pm! So wonderful! AC and other amenities were great, did not have a single issue or complaint my entire stay here. Had a great time here, will hopefully be back!!!

I travelled to Maui with my husband, 3 kids and mom. We had a fabulous time! Sujata provided recommendations to nearby amenities before we checked in and throughout our stay as well. She was very responsive to our needs. There were some pool noodles and chairs in a bin outside to use for the beach but not much else for the kids. I reached out to Sujata and she promptly offered to bring by some sand toys along with puzzles, books and toys for our kids during our stay. It was much appreciated! We cooked most of our meals, including lunch and supper. A few things that could have been helpful to have would have been sharp knives, scissors, cutting board, to go containers or bags, ice packs, etc. we made do with what we had and purchased some containers for beach lunches. The bbq was great and the hot tub was fun! Our kids loved an evening dip after a day of activities. There is a school across the street so pick up and drop off hours were busy on the street but the yard is very private.

Dee Dee was an amazing host! She was very flexible especially when we booked and had to change our dates last minute. She was also very proactive with her communication even going as far as recommending things to do around the island. Check in was easy and the property was centrally located, clean and beautiful. It was our first time staying at a time share and I would definitely stay here again,

So happy we found this cozy spot, with direct access to the beach, and central to a lot around the island. The welcome gift and local tips on where to eat, what to see, and things to do were thoughtful touches. We were thankful the unit supplies beach chairs and towels, and it was awesome having a gauge in the shower to control the water temperature. We also loved meeting the local kitties near the property. The building community seemed very friendly and chill - would definitely stay there again!

The resort grounds, amenities, and view were incredible especially given the price point. It is in the northern part of Kihei which requires a bit (~5 minutes) of driving south to get to some kid friendly beaches, but it gave the place a peacefulness since it was away from the busy heart of Kihei. We stayed with our small children and they loved the pool and the beach for building and playing in the sand. The pull out couch is the only thing I would mention. It was perfect for kids - they don't care what the bed feels like, but I wouldn't book the place if you are putting older kids/adults on the pull out Overall, we had such a great time and appreciate how responsive John was throughout the process. This place was absolutely ideal. Close to everything but also peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make delicious meals and there are ample beach towels and chairs. I will miss having coffee on the lanai and crashing on the comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep after playing hard all day. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. We hope to stay again soon.

Super central spot in Maui to hang out and get to and from other areas on the island! There’s a pool, tennis courts, and a parking lot - quick drive to the airport, and no more than 30-40 minutes from the furthest spots that we wanted to check out to unwind for the rest of our Maui journey after Haleakala. Ample room in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and a great WiFi! There’s a basket of tennis balls and rackets, snorkel fins, masks, and even anti-fog. (Loved Ahihi-Kinau Nature Preserve!) Beach towels came in handy to stay dry afterwards too :) truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing stay! Make sure to keep tidy and listen to our hosts and don’t let any plates stay overnight as we spotted a couple of ants on a plate we left out by accident 😭 we were warned and it was true, after that we had no issues as we were careful in wiping down surfaces and washing our dishes right away. Everything-you-need accommodations within quick walking distance to the beach. Loved having the extra beach towels and chairs and the in-unit laundry is a huge plus. Can’t wait to be back in Kihei!

Great place to stay! Right across the street from Charlie Young Beach.

Joe's place was fantastic - short 10 minute walk to the beach and very close to the pool and BBQ station. Mari was super responsive and was even able to get us in an hour earlier than our planned check-in. The house was well equipped in the kitchen including basic spices and condiments but even better was the provided beach stuff (coolers, chairs, umbrella's and two boogie boards!). We also really appreciated the nice little gift of chocolates, cookies and coffee waiting for us. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the place and the stay. Few tips for others: - the walk up from the beach is steep and was tough for our 80yo grandma but every time we drove to the local beach we had no issues finding parking - the pool looks like it has locks on the gates - they don't - just put your hand through and open from the other side - nice 3rd story look-out at the pool for sunset but get there early as it is a popular place - have a coffee grinder! Karen is an excellent Host. The Apartment is perfect, modern, great location, well equipped, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but yet the Apartment is in a peaceful location. There is a beautiful beach literally minutes away. Can't wait to come back.

Great place - will stay again. Complex is nice, quiet and very cleaen. BBQs, small pool. Parking is easy. Walk across to beach and sunset :)

Very well equipped apartment close to the beach! The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, rice cooker etc.). There’s a lot of stuff to do around the area.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay at Kihei Bay Surf. We were right across the street from the beach, but when it got too windy, we also had pool access which was very nice. The road was a bit busy, but ultimately not too bad. For those guests that like to cook from their stays (like we do) we found the kitchen well equipped, though you may want to plan ahead regarding seasonings and condiments, etc. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby (Karen's recommendations were all excellent!) We had a great time watching whales from the lanai and adventuring the island!! Can't find a better view anywhere on the island!

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.
