John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

We had a wonderful stay. The place was just as described in the listing, everything was easy to find, easy to use, well-kitted out. The beds were comfy too with lovely bed linens. The beach is walkable in under 10 mins and was perfect. Such a great spot. Drivable to all the restaurants and shops within 10 mins. We loved it.

Absolutely brilliant. If you’re a rowing family being directly across the road from Karapiro on regatta days is a god send. Judy’s place was perfect for relaxing and taking time out in peace and quiet in her amazing garden. We will definitely be back.

This garden studio was much bigger than the average studio. There was a dining table with bench seats, as well as a small couch next to the kitchenette. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed for 4 nights. Sandy is a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Booked April's place for my mum and step-dad while they were in Tauranga. April was super easy to communicate with and always very responsive. My mum loved the bed and thought April's place was very comfortable and quiet. She also loved the location being nice and close to Tauriko and The Crossing. Thank you again for having them!

Unique spot for sure! Beautiful estate and scenery. Well appointed. The squeaks and rattles are a reminder of the age of the home but it’s definitely worth it to go somewhere memorable. I can now say I’ve stayed at a Georgian Manor.

Great place to stay! We flew in from Oz late arvo. Good place to stay to break up the drive heading south. Wife and I in the main bedroom and 2 year old in porta cot in the lounge. The huge yard around the unit is so peaceful, green and close to farm animals. Very kiwi which was perfect. The family near by are very friendly and welcoming. Will stay again.

Tony was very friendly and chatted freely with us. His place is very clean, tidy and spacious and had everything we needed. We had fresh milk and bread for toast which was just perfect. ee would definitely stay again and would highly recommend Tony's place.

I had an awesome stay at the Beautiful Belvedere in Taupō! The place was super clean, nicely decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. It’s in a perfect spot—just a short walk to town but still really peaceful. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy and convenient stay in Taupō.

This is a great place to stay and explore Taupo. Definitely recommended without any reservations.

We absolutely loved staying here. Ken and Myra were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The apartment was squeaky clean and very fresh and bright, with everything we could possibly need. It's about a 3 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes into town so the location is perfect for whatever you want to do. The bed was comfortable as were the two sofas and the shower was excellent. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and there's a big supermarket a 5 minute drive away, or a smaller one a 10 minute walk away. I can't say enough good things about this place and we will definitely come back next year.

It’s a perfect stay for two people. Easy parking spot within the location and easy to walk to so much! A great host and a really wonderful place to stay.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and my daughter loved the trampoline. The location is convenient for mountain biking at the redwoods. We missed being able to cook (no stove) but the kitchenette and the fridge is good enough for breakfast &sandwiches. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I only stayed one night but would have happily stayed much longer if my trip had allowed. Fab apartment and really lovely host who could not have been more helpful.
