We have dropped our price due to the “ Occupancy Tax” NZ govt is now charging guests We are 15mins from Hobbiton movie set. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.
