A very lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment with every comfort. Easy clear communication and proactively get a parking ticket for the car. Personal check-in and very pleasant communication on site. We felt comfortable all around.

We had a very nice Time in the Flat of Futzum. He was quick to respond and very friendly. The flat itself is nicely equipped, very clean, and spacious. The bathroom is a dream 😊 The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there are many shops in the vicinity. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Kassel and stay in a nice environment.

We enjoyed it very much at Mark's place. Check-in was super easy and flexible to decide for yourself. The most impressive was the equipment of the apartment. I haven't been to any better equipped than this one so far. The hike in the area was also very nice.

We used the property for an extended hiking weekend. It was perfectly stocked, especially the playroom created great enthusiasm with our children. It was really perfect, everything as we needed, quiet and generously sized. It was a great vacation and we can fully recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back again, as we have not yet walked all the stamps;)

We felt very comfortable; The rooms as well as the kitchen and in general the living utensils were clean. Depending on the weather, we had a very nice view over the Harz. The fireplace creates a very cozy atmosphere in the wooden log cabin spacious for a family of 3.

The cottage was extremely child friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the cottage!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice view from the window to the surrounding area and beyond. Contact with Michel was also very nice and very helpful. If we end up in the Harz again, we'll be happy to come back.
